New Club Paradise

This is a pretty cool hidden gem in the heart of South Memphis! It is very spacious for events and concerts. The outside may not be attractive, but once you enter it's like a whole new world. The stage was weirdly place (off to the side versus in the center) being that there are two sides. If there is a concert it would not be good seating. I doo like how the concession area is set up. There is like four lines you can go through and normally clubs don't have that. The Dj was really good too.

Very disappointed the last couple of times I have been to club paradise. Seems to be all about getting as much money as they can without providing any type of good time or service. Parking was ridiculous- one person taking money, line of cars more than a mile long- restrooms were filthy & toilets wouldn't flush- VIP tables were so close you couldn't push you chair back, and for a sold out event there were only 2 waitresses. Every employee I mentioned it to never once apologized, they just looked as if to say "this is how it is". I brought my grandmothers brother here for the Christmas Blues event, his first time here and he is from Beene, AR, it was a very bad experience for him. Never again. His first words were if people stop coming maybe they will make some changes. It's a shame our black run establishments always eventually close due to poor management.
