Neuvo

I'm very up sad because they make bad job in my hair. They lie about the price they say one price after they charge other price absurd. Not happy with them. I will never come back and I'm not recommended this place. Plus she is not polite all fake.

Whenever I have something really important going on with my hair, where I need to completely trust and rely on someone's talent and eye for style, I go to Melissa at Neuvo. When I got married, she did my hair. We did a trial run where we talked through my ideas and she tried some things with my hair, and then I had some other ideas that she said she would do on the day of. She pretty much pulled off the impossible - I have a LOT of hair (and at the time, it was really long), and she managed to pull it into a french twist, AND tease the top of my head to create a bump, AND have curls coming down from the top of the twist. (AND she worked in my birdcage veil, and my clip-in flowers). The result was completely beautiful and exactly what I had in mind.Just now, I went in w/ my super long hair and wanted to chop it all off and donate the ponytail and get a new short do. I showed her a few pictures of what I had in mind. She understood exactly what I was going for, and gave me exactly that. I couldn't be happier!! I've had .. .. interesting experiences before with going from super long to super short .. with Melissa, you need never worry. She knows what will look good and what won't, and I completely trust that she'll never let me walk out of there looking less than awesome.

I had been going to another salon for years, but felt that I was not getting service or attention personalized to me. "What are we doing today?" was the question I got every time. I knew Janna had an amazing reputation, and I made the switch. From my first appointment, she had a plan to not only improve the look and color of my hair, but also my hair health. She is smart, funny and above all, treats each client as they are the only one. Every stylist and staff member is the utmost professional and lovely. They also sell fantastic clothes, jewelry and shoes! I would recommended Neuvo to anyone.

Neuvo is one of the best salons I have ever been to. In addition to great products like Kerastase, they also have clothing and jewelry. I am head to toe Neuvo. I can't imagine what I would do for a wardrobe with Neuvo.

I can't imagine going anywhere else. They offer different services and are the best in town. The owner definitely knows how to treat her customers. M'lea does a great job with color and styling. It is always nice and relaxing visit when I go. They also sell fabulous jewelry, stylish clothes, purses, and shoes.

A great experience. Not only a Salon (hair, nails, make-up, facials, waxing, etc) but they also have a fabulous Boutique selling clothing, shoes, jewelry, purses, accessories, etc. Love it!

I first started going to Neuvo to have my hair done by Zac Williams. Now that he is no longer there, I feel free to say that I'll never step foot through those door again. The stylist there are all so RUDE and pretentious.The whole aura of that salon is just plain awful. A salon should be warm, welcoming and inviting but instead it's tense and you feel constantly judged while having your hair worked on there. The stylist talk crap about each other the whole time, it's like nobody can turn their back.I've been there when the owner comes through on several occasions and she is so impolite! She doesn't greet people or make anyone feel good to be there, just walks around with her nose in the air. Zac and his work made it all bearable to continue coming back, but I'm so happy I no longer have to feel uncomfortable during a time that's supposed to be relaxing and positive. I hope more people feel open to sharing how this salon makes them feel.

Neuvo Salon is just amazing!! Zac did an absolutely incredible job on my daughter's hair. He is an expert colorist, and really took the time to make sure we got what we wanted. The customer service was amazing, they truly care about their customers.

Needed a makeover-Melissa to the rescue with a terrific cut & color! Nice customer service too.. (good to know because I didn't, tips are cash only)
