When a place has really kind people who offer exceptional service (Clara and Taylor), it leaves a mark on you that you won't soon forget. We tried all kinds of unique and tasty wines and we tried the Hard South sweet tea seltzer too, which was surprisingly good. It's a beautiful place too, and who doesn't love a good round of corn hole?

My dad and I took a day to visit the wineries on the scenic South Central TN wine trail. The grounds are very pretty. Having some vines planted near the tasting room is a nice touch. The tasting room itself is kind of dark. Some natural light would be nice. Unfortunately for us, they were out of their estate grown wines. I had really wanted to try those. My dad liked the 2015 riesling, I preferred the 'sunset blush' and found it to be delicious and refreshing. We both thought the 2014 Alicante Bouschet was nice; it had a jammy finish. The man serving us said all of their fruit wines are 100% that fruit. He said other wineries might add grape to their blackberry wine for example, while at Natchez Hills, their blackberry wine is 100% blackberry. The highlight of the winery was their number one seller, Naughty Tea $16.99. It's like drinking sweet tea! (Kind of..) It's very different and I can see why this is their number one product. Super easy to drink, it was our favorite, partly because of the novelty of it, and we purchased a bottle of this one.

Came with a group of ladies for our Sorority's 125th founders day celebration. Karen was absolutely amazing throughout the planning process. She even set up a table for us inside because it was raining! The wine is excellent and the tasting was phenomenal. He even helped carry the case of wine to the car. Even in the rain the Vineyard was gorgeous! Can't wait to go back.

Great place for big events! We purchased a groupon to tour this new vineyard. The property is beautiful. There is a stage and a large building for concerts or large events such as the weddings they host. The friendly owner, Jim, took us on a tour of the vineyard and explained the grape growing process. When all of our grape growing questions had been answered he turned us over to the winemaker who gave us a tour of the tank room. During the tank room portion of our adventure the winemaker explained the wine making process. Our adventure had a perfect ending in the tasting room. All three of their current wines were good. They had Merlot, a blush wine, and a Riesling and we bought one of each. After the tour we opened the merlot and took our box lunch out to the patio for a picnic. It was a beautiful day.

I just want to let everyone know what great hosts Karen and Jim and there whole team was. We just celebrated our nieces wedding on 08/23/2014 and every detail was fabulous. We even had a rain delay but they knew that our sweet girl wanted an outdoor wedding and they didn't rush it they said if we would wait so will they. As she walked down the aisle in a slight drizzle the skies then showed us a beautiful rainbow and the sun came out.We were on a budget and they made it so it didn't feel like we were missing anything. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a beautiful place for a wedding.I also want to personally thank Karen for everything she did Saturday, what a wonderful women who made a young woman and her mama very happy. Thank you!

I booked my daughter's wedding at Natchez Hills Vineyard in Hampshire TN and it was all this momma could hope for and more. They asked what my budget was and accommodated our needs within that budget. And I know my daughter and her husband were more than happy as well. The vineyard was beautiful, the reception and ceremony were perfect. The family had a blast and I haven't heard one complaint. Karen and Jim Odom are wonderful folks. I hope to visit the next time we're back in town. And if you're thinking of booking a wedding, I say visit Natchez Hills Vineyard and book it. They also have several events and wine tastings. It's worth the trip if you're in the area. (Resubmitted 9/2014).

We visited the Hermitage in March 2022. It was awesome, but to top it off with wine tasting was fantastic! The girls were so friendly and helpful. After we returned home to Ohio we realized how much we loved the Chambourcin. It is so smooth and for us it was a 5 Star! But I couldn't find it listed on their website. After contacting them I had the good fortune of talking to Jim. What a great man. Again so helpful and just a joy to talk with.He helped us immensely and I just can't thank him enough. And, absolutely we will be ordering more and just may try a few others since the Chambourcin is so great! Thank you Jim, we won't forget you!!Jeannette & Ron CarlileLimaville, OH

This vineyard is absolutely gorgeous! It is beautifully landscaped and the property is incredible! Karen, one of the owners, was busy pruning and trimming the shrubs and bushes. Did I mention how beautifully landscaped the property was?!We were greeted by Taylor (the winemaker) and his wife. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Both Taylor and his wife shared a depth of information about the wines and the history of the vineyard. We got to sample some amazing wines, our favorites being the Cabernet Sauvignon and the Alicante Bouschet. After the wine tasting, Taylor showed us where the magic happens! He explained in detail about the wine making process, including the fermenting and bottling. We were surprised to find out that they specifically make cigars that are meant to be paired with their wines. So, my husband got a cigar and paired it with the Cab Sav. I got the Alicante Bouschet. Both wines are highly recommended! We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed our wines while looking at a lovey view of the vineyard. Taylor stopped by to chat and make sure we were enjoying our time at the vineyard. He also offered suggestions of local waterfalls and swimming holes to visit. He was very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas.Overall, this place is amazing! This was the last stop on our "Natchez Wine Trail" and it did not disappoint! We will definitely be back to visit again!
