Natalie's Liquor Warehouse

For more than 15 years, Natalies has been our go-to store for Wines. Their selection has always been great and with the case discount, their wine prices have been very competitive. Likewise, we have bought most of our liquor there; including high end liquors we could not fine elsewhere (Courvoisier Cognac XO, Appleton Estate 21 year-old Jamaican Rum, Jack Daniels Limited Edition Offerings, and Johnny Walker Blue Label).Recently, they have been offering a Half-Price Table and we picked up some very good recreational wines under $10; plus some sparkling wines that were a STEAL at $7 to $9.Besides selection and price, the folks at Natalie provide EXCEPTIONAL Service and they really make you feel APPRECIATED!!!

They have all your ranges of liquor and if they don't have it you can order it. Great selection of beer and never out of my favorites. Always a very helpful and friendly staff

Not going to lie, the first time I ever came here was because it's my wife's name! I had picked up something for us and sent her a picture with some joke about getting me a discount in her store.But it's a really good store, with good prices and very good selections. If you're a wine lover, they have extensive selections available. For those looking for something a little harder, the options are nearly endless, from bottom budget choices to top shelf goodness.Location is decent too. Getting on/off germantown pkwy can be a pain at times, but luckily Natalie's is right at an stop-light intersection, making it easy access in and out. Stop in and grab you something! Also, if you're not sure or it all seems too much to decide on, ask them some questions. They are great about helping people about and are very knowledgeable.

I am not sure why all the reviews suggest the staff is not helpful. I have had nothing but great experiences here for many years. While I do not come here often, throughout the years the service has remained consistently helpful for me. Plus no one has ever been obnoxious!The selection is great and the prices are better than most places I have been. Serves the purpose and then some!

While I agree with the first poster that Natalie's does "serve it's purpose." I'm not sure what I would be looking for them to do above and beyond supplying me with my desired libation needs. I would give it 5 stars, but I have found a few of the staff members to be rather abrasive on several visits. While this doesn't detract from the purpose of entering the store, it does sometimes make me leave without the big toothy grin that I hope for when entering.No, they do not have carnival rides, dry cleaning or free health care services, but they do have a wide selection of wine and liquor. I'm not sure how vast of a store some people are looking for, but if you're looking to get what you need to make any of the 2-3 dozen most popular mixed drinks or a good bottle of wine from almost any region below $100 a bottle, then you'll find what you need at Natalie's.Having said that, if you're looking to shop in a cavernous liquor store where you might want to bring along food, a tent and a GPS, then I would agree that this is not the liquor store for you!Be well!

This is where I buy all my , liquor and beer. Great selection. Especially for . Hard to find stores with a good selection around here. Natalie's has plenty to choose from. Always get the help I need from the staff.

I've never received poor or aloof service at Natalie's. I'm almost always greeted with at least a wave and "hello" and, if I linger or wander around longer than usual, someone will always ask if they can help me find something. If they don't offer, I just ask them. I find their prices to be competitive and, occasionally, cheaper than that of a store closer to my home.The employees are "casual" if that is what some people mean by aloof or sarcastic though I've never been offended by them; they just seem to be in a casual good mood which is as much as I expect from a liquor store. I mean, it's not Neiman Marcus. It is a large store with a wide variety of big beers, liquor, wine and whiskey. I've never had trouble finding what I need. Some staff members are more knowledgeable than others; it just depends on their libation preferences.

Great selection and nice customer service. Picked up a store pick of Buffalo Trace, can't wait to try it out.

The employees are awesome. The selection is great and prices are very competitive. It's nice to pop in and out quickly than to deal with Kroger lines.

Very nice liquor store with a lot of different options to pick from, but one thing that made me feel a little awkward is the the employee(s) seem to eye ball you the entire time you're in the store as if they think you're going to steal something? Felt like I was inside a Walgreens hahaha. However, the employees were very nice.
