Nashville Pizza

I'm so bummed out, looks are deceiving ((wahhhh)) I had such super high hopes for this place. The breadsticks were probably the worst I've ever had. I'd probably try the garlic knots if there was a do-over. The pizza is probably one of my least fav in town. The server said she's been there 6 years and she was great, she gets all these stars! I truly didn't care about the one oven situation and things being slow and I truly didn't care that my pizza got burnt in the back and they had to remake it while everyone else at the table had their food quite a long time. I had a friend that wasn't sitting with us that said oh it's good! So maybe this was a one off night, but I just really probably won't be back.

What a very sad night. We went last night (Monday) for Trivia. As we arrived (just before 6:00) we were greeted by a sign saying there would be no pizza after 7. Also a request to be patient because they were having staff issues. Duly noted. We found a table with friends who arrived early and informed us they have been there 15 minutes with no interaction. After some time, one of us went to the bar to order our drinks and was told someone would be with us. When no one came, he went back and tried again with success this time. (if they are low on staff, we can help, we're not unreasonable folk).When we went to the bar again put in our food order (before 6:30) we were told no pizza. (just to note, we did see tables who entered after us have servers helping them) We regrouped our order and all went with Sandwiches. After placing our order, they came to the table to tell us they were out of wings so no "Wangwich". We finally got an order placed. This was just about 6:30. We played an entire game of trivia with no food. Near the end of the game, our server came to give us our bill and we said we haven't gotten any food. It was after 7:30 when we asked to speak with the manager. He apologized and said there was a line of sandwiches ready to be toasted. It would be another 10 minutes and he did offer to comp the meal. At about 7:45 our meal arrived. We all noticed there were no chips (when you wait that long you get Hangry and those extra chips could make the difference). We asked the server, who explained..... they ran out of chips. Of course they did.... She did offer then to bring some crackers. Not the same and how hard is it to run out and get some chips?Epic fail on all fronts, the only reason for the single star is the manager was quite apologetic, and I don't think YELP allows for Zero Stars. I think that's it for this location.

We love to play trivia and have been coming here for trivia for a bit. There's tons of parking that is easy to access. The restaurant is not super big, but we get here early for trivia. Two things I love about this place...I eat gluten free, which can be difficult with trivia bc the games are often played where the food is full of gluten and the only drink is beer. Back to what I love here, they have gf crust AND you can byob wine for a $5 cork fee, SCORE, I can go out with friends and enjoy an evening without eating gluten! The pizza is good as is the service, cmon gluten free friends, support this place!

What happened to this place??We decided to come for dinner tonight, we have always loved NPC. There were 4 adult and 3 teens. NPC just doesn't care anymore, complacent management allows terrible service and low quality food.We seated ourselves and I noticed a poster for vizzy and was so excited since they never had anything gluten free to drink before so when the server comes to take our drink order, I ask for one and am told they don't sell them. I mention the poster and am told "yea, it's just a poster on the wall" well okay. Most of beer was not available. My SIL ordered a budweiser and it was old, the server said they had to dig in the back and it was part of a donation or something? So finally our table asks for a bucket of Miller lite, the waitress asks "so you want me to pour beers in a bucket?". (How do you respond to this) Finally we order. Our pizzas come out and the margarita pizza was cheese and 3 tomatoes, no basil :( The cookie pizza was burnt and the crust like a cracker. We laughed thru this twilight zone dining experience but we won't come back. The cherry on the cake? Our receipts. My BIL asked the server to just split all the beer and she did! We paid for (2) 1/2 yuenglings. We also weren't given the happy hour prices but were not going to attempt to tell our server. I hate that this place now sucks so bad.Btw: Your Vizzy poster might be missing.

I went today and ordered a medium meat pizza, a buffalo chicken pizza and a small salad. Very dissatisfied. My pizza was overdone and lacked flavor. The cheese was baked on burnt and was hard along with the skimpy toppings. The salad was nothing but lettuce and a few shreds of ham. Very disappointed in the taste, texture, flavor. The service was good, but the food was HORRIBLE.

The worst pizza we've ever had :(Super thin crust, burnt and hardly any ingredients. Our friends had highly recommended this place and we were so excited to finally try it. What a disappointment!

Whenever I am in town I take my nephews to Nashville Pizza. I'm a Chicago pizza girl so am quite selective on the pizza I like. Nashville Pizza did not disappoint once again. The bread sticks were also a new treat. I'll be visiting again before I head home.

Garlic Knots were amazing , Greek Salad was tops and our 2 pizzas were cooked perfectly. A must pizza restaurant. The beer was good and cold also.

They were short staffed so it was take out only. But Richard and Batman said if we could deal with the short staff impact, we were welcome to come in. These two guys never stopped "wheel'in and deal'in"... phone orders, pick ups, customers in the store, cooking, and serving ice cold beers! The pizza was awesome, cooked just perfect and not over sauced like so many places. Thin crisp crust.Rich and Batman had the perfect temper to handle a stressful situation, cook good pizza, and keep my beer glass full. Great job. Great employees. As a side point, the night before we went to TWELVE-THIRTY (Timberlake's place) in Nashville. $180 for a couple burgers and drinks and it was awful. $40 bucks at Nasville Pizza and it was great.

They never get to go orders right! I have also witnessed Cody (the manager) eating in the kitchen while cooking. So much for leading by example or following the basic hygiene protocols.
