I recently visited Nagoya House for a Galentine's lunch, and it was an incredible experience. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, perfect for a gathering with friends. I ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi with Japanese fried chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, and the presentation was beautiful. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring everyone left satisfied. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The overall ambiance of the restaurant added to the enjoyment of our meal, with its cozy yet lively setting. Whether you're looking for a place to celebrate with friends or just enjoy some top-notch Japanese cuisine, Nagoya House is definitely worth a visit. I can't wait to go back!

A new ramen place in the cooper young area. The interior is nice. A welcoming spot for friends, family, and date nights. The service was friendly, and they check in on you here and there. As for the ramen itself, it was decent 3/5. The flavor was good enough, but it didn't have that authentic, rich tonkotsu flavor. It's a new place, so it seems they're still finding their footing. I'd recommend to try it at least once; it was a fun spot.

Checked out Nagoya house tonight for dinner. We arrived around 5:15 PM. It was good to come a little early since the restaurant was quite busy around 5:45. When we left there was at least 15 people waiting for tables to sit and dine in the restaurant. The restaurant is decorated very nicely with lanterns And Asian flair. It is quite cozy and inviting. The space is small for the amount of people that wanted to dine in tonight. There are booths and tables available for patrons. We were greeted as we entered and waited for a table. The service was good. The restaurant was quite busy and we didn't see a lot of staff tonight. Started off with the pork belly bun/bao that had char su with a slightly sweet sauce on the meat. There were two in one order and I shared with my friends. For the build your own ramen, you get a choice of broth, choice of noodles, one protein-char su pork or char su chicken. You also have a choice between scallions or cabbage. You can add other ingredients and protein for an added charge. I ordered the build your own ramen with tonkotsu broth, thin noodles, pork char su, and scallions. I added pork belly to the ramen dish. It was very tasty. The broth is flavored with chicken stock I believe. It had a good taste and was not salty and the flavors were balanced. The jasmine tea was very tasty as well. I enjoyed my ramen dish a lot. I did eat 1/2 of my meal and brought the leftovers home. I will return again soon. I like this new place a lot.

Hands down the best ramen I've had! We ate here for lunch this past weekend because my husband saw a recommendation from the nearby comic shop. When you first walk in there isn't a hostess or anything. The waitress lets you know you can sit anywhere. There was only one when we went in and she took care of the whole place by herself. I'm guessing because they just recently opened, but she did a great job. We started off with the takoyaki, which of course it was very hot and I spent more time cooking it off in my mouth than enjoying it. It was good, but nothing too special. When the ramen came I couldn't believe how the broth tasted so good. I got the tonkatsu ramen with udon noodles ( I wanted the think noodles which this is the thick one, however make sure to order it by name on the menu). The broth was rich and you can tell it was just boiling for hours. The chashu tho was a little different however it was tender and just melted. My son had the ichiraku (not pictured) which came with the chashu we were used to getting. Overall great spot! I hope they get more employees cause once they start getting busy it can be a lot for one person. We will definitely be back.

New place in Cooper Young, it is bright and inviting. Only 1 person in the front of the house, she was super friendly and very tentative. I created my own ramen and it was delicious. For sure add the gyoza to your ramen. The chicken chashu is good and the upon noodles are my go to for ramen. All in all a great new spot. The taro milk tea is also really good, maybe I'll skip the boba in it next time.

The service was great and the ramen was excellent! The miso ramen had the perfect spice level for me (I got a 2) and the chashu was the best I've had in ages. I wouldn't order the friend rice again though, it wasn't bad it just wasn't anything special.

Please hire more servers. Our waitress was waiting on the whole restaurant, answering phone, and dealing with pick up orders. I would give 5 stars here if the service matched the food. The food was excellent in flavor.Better than Flame and much much better then the honeycomb Instagram ramen spot out east which was Not Real Ramen and had terrible flavor. The restaurant was freezing- especially near the windows- like uncomfortably cold. We hope the service issues can catch up with the quality of food.

The food was SO good. We started with crab Rangoon, which is a little light on the crab and cream cheese, but still very delicious. The spring rolls and eggrolls taste virtually the same. Just the wrapper is different that they are fried in. The real star of the show for us was the Ramen. We had the # 1 Nagoya memories which has a little bit of a spicy kick to it and is absolutely delicious. We also had #5 Ichi Raku. My son's absolutely loved it. There's no heat. I would call it a nice beginner Ramen, and it was very flavorful. Staff is very accommodating and the restaurant is very clean and open. It was all around a great visit and we will be back.

I want to give this place more than 3 stars, and I hope I can in the future. Ambiance was great, and it's a beautiful restaurant. The food was also great - and fresh out of the kitchen. We ordered the seaweed salad, edamame, takoyaki, ramen, sukiyaki donburi, hibachi and baos. All the food was good to fantastic (I love sukiyaki beef and no one serves it in Memphis). The kitchen was incredibly slow. It was an hour before our first appetizer / starter showed up and our meal came out in so many parts, three of us were done before the last dish came out, and we were still waiting for the miso soup that came with one meal. We didn't make a big deal out of it and they graciously comped us some egg rolls, so I appreciate the acknowledgement that it was really slow service. I'm hoping they sort things out and can speed up their service!

Food was very good, especially for the price and portions...zero complaints in that department. Tonkotsu Ramen, braised pork, and the hibachi chicken and steak were all on point
