It's very close to home very good local cooking. Very cozy and for sure a belly filler.

The food and service was excellent. The ladies that work here are super friendly make you feel like you are their best friends. The food was delicious. They make homemade pies which looked amazing. Very clean place as well. I would definitely recommend anyone stopping here.

Great country breakfast at a small town price! Very friendly service. I wish they had some Black Rifle Coffee (their coffee was a titch on the burnt side). Awesome breakfast hours M-F 5am-3pm and 5-2:30 Saturday, closed Sundays. Loved their breakfast sausage patties, crumbly, small, and flavorful.

Very good home cooking kind of placeI had the breaded pork cutlet smothered in cream gravy. It was very good.

Breakfast is awesome! This place looks and tastes like your Grandma's kitchen (unless your Grandma doesn't know how to cook).Parking close to the building is limited but plentiful overall

We are traveling through the area and happened on Myrtle's Place for lunch. We've traveled through 42 states and my husband says he had the best country fried steak he's ever had.We came back for the food, yes, but we also came back for the excellent service. Stephanie, best waitress ever, was our server but trust me, the whole crew is excellent and provides a show to entertain you while you eat.

OMG! Myrtle's Place is a hole in the wall kind of place; according to the locals. The place itself has been in existence since 1936 but the current owner has been there over 40 years and she is a jewel. I would go as far as to say her, Natalie ( who was our server) and the rest of the staff are just as friendly and welcoming as Debbie. We came here as suggested by a family member and enjoyed our meals. The fried pork with eggs served with fluffy biscuit and white gravy was delicious and the liver and onions meal was good just would have enjoyed more onions with the liver. Overall, it was a generous amount of food and will be back when in the area. Enjoy! :)

Food was really good. Flavor was spot on and the BBQ Sauce was really nice. The baked beans were superior and came with chunks of smoked meats. BBQ has become expensive and this plate weighs out every portion of the meats.

Went there to eat lunch today. Ordered the vegetable beef soup and a grilled cheese, low and behold, there was a cockroach in my soup! I showed the manager and we didn't pay for anything! WON'T EVER BE BACK!! DISGUSTING COULDN'T RATE ZERO STARS!!!

My wife and I were traveling from Tennessee to her parents in Berryville Arkansas. We try to look up places to eat while traveling and found this gem. We both had cheeseburgers and fries which were very good. The service was very good and it was good to see locals enjoying this place.
