This place has terrible service. I had an appointment. I waited 1 hour to see the dr only to be rushed out in 10 minutes because they were closing. No concern. I am yet back to pick glasses and not once have I been acknowledged by the person that writes up the glasses. He actually asked another customer could he help them that came in 20 minutes after me. I hate that my insurance contracts through them. The frames are out dated with a limited choice.

Parker was great at providing quick and friendly service with my eyeglass repair. I highly recommend them; and I'll definitely be coming back for my next pair of eyeglasses.

This location is HORRIBLE. I've been a My Eye Dr customer for years and have NEVER experienced a location so completely inept. They do the ABSOLUTE bare minimum. I've been waiting for my medically required contacts for 2 months because Dr Joel Saslawsky forgot to order them. Two months later not a single person can tell me anything. There is one very nice woman at the front desk sometimes, I wish I knew her name. Everyone else......Don't even think about getting decent customer service, much less good.

So knowledgeable! I came in to get my eyeglasses adjusted to sit on my face properly, and was assisted immediately. The lady also kindly explained to me why the glasses were too tight on my face. She adjusted them for me in less than five minutes and they're perfect now. 100% recommend if you're in the area!

I live downtown and it's very convenient. The doctor took the time to explain my results with me and the staff was very kind. They let me know when my glasses were ready and it was overall a great experience!
