I cannot express enough how grateful I am for these great people in this office specifically. Dr. Karen, Dante, & Donna! They worked SO hard for me to get my insurance all squared away and i know that was not an exciting thing to do. They did this for weeks for me because my insurance was really being a pain to work with. They kept in constant contact with me and never once made me feel like a burden. I am happy to be a huge advocate for these sweet people in this Collierville office. Myself and my family come here. There is not another business I could ever recommend more for your vision needs that will treat you like family from start to finish. Me and my coworker came by to pick up his glasses,2 pairs, he had just called and they said, yes, they're ready, he said, we're on our way, we were only 10 minutes away, we get there, the door was locked, this guy came to the door, and said, we're closed, Mr. McCaslin, said, they're already paid for, I just need pick them up, he lives out in millington, but the man wouldn't open door, help him or anything. I gotta have my eyes checked and so on. But I told him, I'll Never use them. That's Bad business!!! Whoever answered the phone, she have told, they close at 3pm, and/or the man at the door could have given him his already paid for glasses.

Not the friendliest of people. Always running late and something is always broken it seems. Ordered contacts over 2 weeks ago and have not yet received them even though I was told it would be just a week. Tried calling several times but no one picks up. Phone just rings and eventually hangs up. Tried logging on to my account but the system is down. As I mentioned, something is always broken.

Good luck getting eyeglasses if you want to keep your original frames and just have the lenses changed. My eyeglasses were lost in the mail and I have now been waiting several months to have them replaced, been having to chase the manager down making several calls and emails to no avail. This office's manager Dawna, is never in and has not implemented any sort of process to ensure deliveries are handled correctly - I never received any communication as to when my eyeglasses would be shipped out or when they would be delivered. A month after my appointment I had to call to ask when they were going to be shipped - only to find out that they had already gone out and been marked as delivered. Now I have been trying to find resolution for this for several months with Dawna and nothing has been done. I am hoping this review will serve as a warning to other patients.
