Burger for the kid and a random cheese wedge. Potatoes were missing all of the "loaded" items that were supposed to be on them.

The Garlic Bacon Parmesan Burger was Delicious! I've have also tried the Cajun Pasta, Fried Mushrooms, and several sandwiches and All have been Very Good!!! We went to watch football with lots of TVs. The game we went to watch wasn't on but we really enjoyed the game that was on. We sat at the bar and the service was pretty good.

I went to Togo and was told to wait for minute someone will take your order. I waited over 15 minutes and I left. Their was only one couple in the bar area and no one else

I stopped at this particular Mugshots Grill & Bar with several clients at the recommendation of one of the clients. The other guys laughed and said this was always the place he recommends.Walking in Mugshots Grill & Bar, I was impressed with the overall ambiance. It is a fun and cool vibe. We were seated at a table and our server was friendly, helpful, and professional. Three out of the four of us got their burgers (our fourth member had a chicken bowl). I have to say that my cheeseburger and my French fries were very good. Everyone in my party was very pleased with their meal and we all enthusiastically tore into our meals.I would definitely recommend a visit to Mugshots Grill & Bar. I would also recommend one of their various burgers.I will give Mugshots Grill & Bar five stars overall for a great lunch experience.

Good food. I often get the southwestern Philly. Which is delicious. Today I got the Buffalo blue salad. Very filling, fresh, tasty, and satisfying. We were seated immediately on a Sunday night. Our server was attentive. Food came quickly. It's family friendly. TVs on and music on. But nothing overly loud. Everything was great.

The service was great! London was attentive and personable. We dined at 12noon on a Sunday so the place was not packed but somewhat busy. My burger was not fresh and was lukewarm and extremely dry. I feel it was already made and sitting out because the edges of the burger was hard. The flavor was just okay but maybe my fault since there is a garlic patm sauce that comes on the burger and I opted for it on the side. Tasting the sauce seperately, it was very salty in my opinion and I didn't care to add it. I asked for a spicy sauce and that was much better. The bun was the winner on the burger. It was soft and somewhat sweet which paired well with the bacon, mushroom and beef. The middle of the burger was better I just wish it was fresh. Overall this burger was just okay. Now the fries were on point! They were hot and crispy.

There is a reason why this restaurant is never busy. Tonight we decided to give it another chance and were severely disappointed in the food and the multiple bugs flying over our table. The cheese on my BLTC was a translucent hard piece of dry out cheese. The well done burger was med rare at best. The constant swatting of bugs was the icing on top. We will not be back.

Just went to Mug Shots to sit out on the patio for dinner. A table was available, the hostess said the table was too dirty to have a patio seat.?!! The hostess asked us to sit inside instead. Seems they could not be bothered to clear it.. so we went to Urban Fusion down the road. The weather is to beautiful to sit inside!

We've been to a couple other Mugshots in MS and honestly, the others are better. The atmosphere is better in Oxford for sure! The service at this location has always been good though. We have never had a problem here. The food is good. The burger I recently got was super greasy, but the sweet potato fries are great and their root beer floats are also.FYI: the kids meals are huge.
