Because of food allergies and gluten sensitivity it can be challenging going out to eat. My husband really wanted a cheeseburger yesterday so we went to MugShots in Columbus. The food was so good, the staff so friendly and service was so fast I just have to give them credit. The manager cooked my grilled chicken tenders and fresh vegetables in butter to address my allergies! Who really WANTS to eat grilled chicken and vegetables when 9 times out of 10 it's dry and tasteless? This chicken was flavorful and tender, the vegetables were fresh and perfectly seasoned. I so appreciate the manager going out of his way to make my lunch just right. Highly recommend MugShots.

Great food and good service. I always have good service here this time I did not sit at the bar but just out on the floor with this timeAnd my waitress was very friendly I believe her name is Emery I know it is misspelled but she is doing a awesome job

Not the best burger I have ever had but was huge and messy as a burger should be. The burger was over cooked and so was the egg. I asked for medium and got well done. I will not go back but that doesn't mean someone else may not like it.

Love mugshots always! Wait staff was very helpful and apologetic when it got busy. And there was an outside patio!

Food was average at best and took forever. Fries were good, but when you run out of half your menu...

Out of well bourbon? Wouldn't you replace your "well" with the next level? Nope. Just out. Even though you offer specials for well drinks. Poor customer service. Food took forever. And all of it was not warm/hot. Was not tasty/good. Sweet potato fries are $1 more on menu, but if you substitute them for regular, they are $3 more ‍ Not a good experience. Would not recommend.

This is the filthest place. Sticky dirty floors, sticky tables. The bathrooms need a firehouse, scrub brush and a ton of bleach! It's disgusting. The server is super sweet. They need more servers. The food is taking a long time to get. It took a while to order. Not servers fault. Food is so so. This place used to be great.

Great hamburgers and fries. The best part is the fresh buns they use. Always good and fresh. Salads are also good and fresh. Servers are very accommodating.

This was quite literally the most disgusting veggie burger I've ever been served. The ingredients were clearly no longer good. The burger had a burnt bun but somehow was completely soggy -- how? I am not sure, because there was less than a quarter size amount of guacamole (which was past due and very gross). This was also the size of the (brown/soggy) lettuce that was on less than 1/4 of the burger. I wish I could add a photo to this review because I am shocked that this could leave a restaurant. unfortunately we has a to-go order or I would have sent it back to the kitchen (which is something that I have never done before). Extremely disappointed.

My wife and I have been going to Mugshots since they opened in Starkville. We were happy to have one open in Columbus. We have been going there 2 to 3 times a month . The last few times it has been a hit and miss situation. There is no consistency to the service or the food. Last night we went there and were disappointed again.We ordered the Bishop cheese burger . One with a beer and the other with a milk shake. Beer was not cold and Mike shake was like a glass of milk. The young lady made another shake but it was not a lot better and very little flavor. I said just bring me a Coke. When burger arrived it didn't have much of a taste but we did finish it. Ketchup bottle was empty. Once before the ketchup bottle did not have the seal removed from the inside. The last few times it has not been a friendly reception at the door and on a couple of occasions we had to wait a few minutes for someone to come up front.
