Mr. Chen's Kitchen

This place sucks now. It used to be good but now the food is inedible. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and it was just greasy so then I tried General Tso chicken and it is not good either. At least some stray cats got to eat both times but I will have to find another Chinese place.

Fast, friendly service. Orders are always accurate, and packed really well(No leaks, and still hot!). Shrimp w/Mixed Vegetables, and Shrimp Egg Fu Yung are my favorites. The shrimp are huge, and plentiful. The portion size really great as well. I meant to take a picture of our meal before we finished, but I forgot. I will next time.

It is a great Chinese place and the C7 is really good. However, I do not like the large amounts of Styrofoam and plastic bags they constantly use. And I wish they would use materials that are more sustainable for the Earth, since they are a take-out place.

Always fresh and very good food! Our family have ordered food fro Mr. Chen's now for several years. I always get the steak and veggies and my wife loves Happy Family dinner. I also love their egg drop soup. You have to try Mr. Chen's, you won't be disappointed.

We used to eat here about once a month not anymore!!! The last order we asked if they could make our general tsos more crisp this time because it was soggy and kinda gross our last order, it was even soggier and now and extra bonus full of gristle! so I guess thats what you get when complain. When you spend 30-40 bucks on food and you get zero respect as a customer buh bye!

What's to like here? Nothing. Our takeout last night was greasy and tasteless. The spring rolls were raw and gummy, the hot and sour soup was greasy, the sweet and sour chicken was undercooked, the fried rice was really greasy and the cashew chicken was tasteless. I've never had Chinese food this bad except the last time we ordered from there. I thought maybe it had gotten better since the last time we ordered takeout about 8 moths ago - well I was wrong. I think the cardboard cartons would have tasted better.

We take out here at least twice a month. Very quick and friendly service. Love the sesame chicken.. never had a bad dish there. Nice to have another choice of cuisine in Senatobia.
