Mola's Pizza

I have to say that I did not think that I would find good pizza, much less great pizza, in Cordova, Tennessee, but after a visit to Mola's Pizza, my opinion of finding great pizza in Cordova, Tennessee has changed.Mola's Pizza is a small pizzeria in a shopping plaza that also has a Corky's in it. The ambiance is pretty much not huge in ambiance, but the real star here is their fantastic pizza.Pizza.The man behind the counter was friendly and told me he and his family was from Brooklyn, New York and after trying their great pizza, I can taste the New York influence in their pizza.I went with a plain pizza, a meat lover's pizza, and a chicken pesto pizza. My favorite of the three was the plain and my second favorite was the chicken pesto pizza. The meat lover's was good, but I am somewhat a pizza purist.I would definitely recommend Mola's Pizza and would encourage you to visit here if you are craving pizza and are in the area. I give it five stars.

Really disappointed in our order a little while ago. We ordered some subs and a couple of pizza slices. The pizza was not fresh (you can see by the picture) and the sub was difficult to eat without a majority of the contents falling out because the tomatoes were sliced to be the size of golf balls and the onions were diced by someone who has never had onions on a sub before. Won't be ordering again.

This is a little old school pizza place, which I find pretty charming, just not to eat in for dinner. For my first visit, I ordered an eggplant Parmesan sandwich to go. When I went to pick it up, I realized I was pretty hungry, so decided to try a cheese slice, as well. The pizza by the slice is made in advance and then heated in the pizza oven. When mine came out, there was grease pooled on top that I absorbed with a napkin. I wanted to love the pizza , because our favorite place is a half hour from our house, but it honestly did not hold a candle to it. HOWEVER , the sandwich was positively delicious! I have to wonder about the bread - maybe it is made from pizza dough??? I'm not sure, but you can bet I'll ask the friendly man behind the counter next time!

You gotta have their sandwiches. The salami and cheese is my go to, and it's so delicious it doesn't make any sense. It's this perfect crusty, chewy warm bread with the meats and cheese of your choice, toooed with lettuce, tomato and this really delicious Italian dressing. I always call in my order, and they're good about having it ready to go when they say they will.

It's a small quiet place but the pizza is good. Don't be deceived my the slow traffic. I had the meat stuffed slice it was pretty good. The slices are big and very filling about $5-7 a slice. Definitely give a try if you're in the area

This pizza parlor is not much to look at but it packs one hell of a bang.I ordered the largest meat stuffed pizza I could get. I think it was 18" and 8 slices. I could only eat two slices. It is extra sausage, extra pepperoni, and extra cheese. There is an extra layer of pie crust on top. This pizza is extremely good and will feed a large family.

Really good pizza, Calzone and Stromboli. Had an Italian hoagie the other day and it was excellent. Go pick it up and don't rely on these delivery services.

Mola's was established in 1993 and is tucked away in a strip mall near an Ace Hardware. The locator is unassuming and reminiscent of something you would find in a bustling downtown like location. They sell pizza by the slice and have a lot of sub selections. I opted for the pizza steak sandwich and my husband got a stuffed pizza. My sandwich was ok. I should've asked to dress it up with peppers or something for more of a punch. The service was pretty quick. Worth visiting for an easy pick me up.

This place was amazing best pizza I've had in the surrounding memphis area. There stuffed meat pizza was so different than any other place and so good. The Alfredo pasta and garlic knots where very good as well. The atmosphere isn't the fanciest but it's not bad. The price was very reasonable around $30 for 2. I would rate this place a 9.5. I would recommend everyone go and give them a try!!

Enjoying one of their pepperoni pizzas right now. Just told hubby we never get a bad pizza from Mola's. Never! It's always hot and tasty! The guys working there are always so polite.
