The only reason I'm leaving a bad review is because you need to have your return policy stated somewhere in the store. I bought TenneCBD Black label, and I was told it was THC FREE. When I went home, I googled it and they have the lab results on the Labcanna website and it shows THC in it. I changed my mind and I took it back the next day (unopened, unused, untampered) to find out that there's no return policy (not stated anywhere). The sales associate inspected the item ( purchased less than 24 hours ago) he made a comment speculating that I had the time to buy shrink wrap to rewrap the item?Who has the time to do that? Not I. Assumptions were made within a matter of seconds... I wanted to support a local business and it backfired. I could've purchased it online and even the BIGGER dealers allow returns. I called twice before I made the trip to return it, but what do you know NO ONE ANSWERED! I SEE WHY PEOPLE ON FACEBOOK COMPLAIN ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS. I wouldn't have been upset if I knew you had no return policy before I purchased the item. I wasted my gas and time driving back to your business just to find out I couldn't return your item. Pictures are attached showing the item shrink wrap hasn't been tampered with. I've been to real dispensary's and they have all rules posted at the cash register. Step your game up

Fantastic customer service! They are very knowledgeable and super helpful. Most of their products are local, and they have a few that are Veteran grown (like the candy in the picture), which is awesome! We are very happy with both of the products we purchased.

I found this place in my dire time of need. The lady came on her day off to open the store for me. Great customer service and professionalism. I will be back again!!!!

I ordered the Lift flower and feel they extremely overpriced. I noticed a second withdrawal from my accout that I didn't make. I want all of my funds returned since you are out of product anyway. I was trying to give the locals a chance! Not satisfied at all!!
