My aunt took me here for lunch when I arrived in town. I wasn't super hungry so I just ordered a cheeseburger. I wanted fries but knew my eyes were bigger than my stomach. Everything about the burger was excellent with the exception of it being on the dry side. I couldn't decide if it was over cooked or they used too lean of meat. The bun was toasted perfectly, all the fixings were fresh and crisp and top notch. The beef patty was the perfect thickness but it was just too dry. This burger has potential to be one of the best cafe style burgers ever. It will take you back to a soda shop style burger. Hope next time I try it, it's not so dry. Atmosphere is great. It's an old car dealership. Huge booths. Server was very nice and attentive to our needs.

The food at Mitchell's is very good, especially their lunch and dinner specials! I love the service because all the waiters and waitresses are local, with most being high school students. They are well trained and very friendly and attentive. The environment in the historical dining area continues to be retro, but the use of many enclosed booths makes your dining experience seem very intimate.

They make their own salad dressings: Ranch, Italian, and wine and cheese. I had the wine and cheese and was quite tasty. Meghan waited on us with a more than happy disposition which seemed to be contagious with the rest of the staff. The chicken sandwich was made with fresh ingredients and was excellent especially for the price. I was tempted to try the key lime pie; Everything was clean and in proper order.

Food and service are fantastic. Had the plate lunch rounded off with red velvet cake. Will definitely return!!

This place is adorable. The staff was super friendly, especially our server Amanda. The food was delicious. My parents and I shared some onion straws and they enjoyed the special. I had a traditional hamburger steak and baked potato. Highly recommend!

Overpriced and UnderwhelmingNot much variety in the regular menu items. Platelunches are ok, but weekend specials aren't thatspecial and cost wayyy too much for the amount offood given. It's small town food with big city prices.Wait staff is super friendly but management always seems irritated.
