Mister Ps Buffalo Wings Plus

Ok, I don't live here any more and I have noticed the prices of wings are higher than four shares of Tesla. How are the prices at the place not ridiculous? The wings are good, I guess but I'll never no because I can't afford them lol! This is literally a five star restaurant menu prices. Y'all know there are other pieces of chicken right? You can probably get eight whole chickens for the price of a 10 piece!

I MISS WILL SMITH'S SAUCED! I unfortunately tried this place and then sought resolution for the terrible, hard fried wings. Not crispy done - hard and inedible. This was a 30 piece carry out order. When I got home with them, we were starving. We suffered through about half while we looked for something else to eat during the game. The "manager" said since we ate more than 10 (15, 4 people), they couldn't refund. When I said, what if we ate 10, he said if I brought them back they'd refund for 20. Unbelievable! I was told - write your review so here we go. Run, don't walk. I will NEVER be back. And, I will use my influence to save others from the the major rip off!. From their About Me: "We take pride in our excellent service and specialize in quality food." What a joke!

They have Some pretty good food here! Good place to watch the games in Southaven. The Buster Burger and wings (seasoned) are my favorites, the service was great here as well. The burger was the best I had so far in Southaven . Staff made great recommendations , oh and i can't forget about the Philly Fries (they are awesome as well) and they also sell beer here as well ...

I have always been a fan of this establishment. Upon my recent visit, the food was good, but I did find it quite pricey. I ordered wings to go and paid much more than I would have if I'd patroned the competitors nearby. Additionally, I was required to pay over the phone for an order of 20 wings and a kid's meal as this was deemed "a large order". The venue itself was empty on a Saturday night, and my guess is because of the increase in prices.

I am very sad that several of my last reviews for restaurants in my hometown have been so bad. This is my first one star review but cant give them even a two star for the food I just received. This was my second time to try Mr. P's. The first was was just a little better than this one but not by much. I wanted to give them a couple of try's before doing the review. So I called in a 10 piece whole wing meal (Hot) with a order of seasoned fries. When I pulled up it was very dark outside and no cars in the parking lot. This is strange for a Friday night at any restaurant in Southaven. This was a bad sign right away. When I walked through the door it was actually darker than the outside sidewalk area. I stepped inside the doorway and my shoe's stuck to the floor. It got even worse as I approached the bar. It was so sticky at the bar it was pulling my heal out of my tennis shoe. There were two people in the whole place and three girls behind the counter. The one helping me was very polite. Chicken is supposed to be one of the cheapest cuts of meat. Someone needs to let Mr. P about this because these wings were very high when you consider what a pack of whole wings cost. Their ten piece whole wings plate with cheap bag carrots and no bread are defiantly not worth what they are charging for them. I got back home with my meal and opened the lid. I knew right away this was not going to be a good experience when I noticed the cheap pre-cut baby carrots wrapped up in foil sitting on top of my wings. In my experience with good wings. They always have the fresh cut carrots scattered around the wings soaking up that delicious sauce. I mean how lazy do you have to be to use those pre-cut bag carrots when fresh ones are so cheap in the supermarket. I noticed right away there was no bread in the box. Not even a piece of slice bread. I was correct when it comes to the small things adding up to a bad experience..... because the wings were horrible. I have had better wings from Pizza Hut and theirs are not very good. The wings tasted like they were fried days before with no seasoning, warmed up in a microwave, and hot sauce just dumped on them. The seasoned fries were the same way. They tasted like they were fried earlier that day then warmed up in a microwave. They were also under-cooked. I wish I could think of one nice thing to say about this experience but outside of the young lady who rang me up be pleasant. I can think of one thing about the food that was even eatable. I threw the whole meal away and had a bowl of cereal.To Sum Things Up:Overall Staff = BFood = D- Cleanliness = D-Decor = D-These are just my opinions based on a life of loving food.

Ok wings, ok price. Seems they want to charge extra for everything. I acknowledge wing prices are high. Light on the sauce on the wings and they charge $.99 if you want extra, charge $.99 for extra ranch or blue cheese. Not bad flavor but the hot is not hot at all. Wings tasted of frying oil that really needs changed. Middle of the road but not many good choices in the area.

I've been to the Mister P's on Hack Cross but this location in Southaven SUCKS! No customer service ANND I waited for 47 mins for wings only! I had to continuously ask the staff for updates. The people behind the counter spent more time eating than working. I will never be back & make sure all my friends know not to waste their time. This is UNACCEPTABLE especially if there are 8 customers total in the building including me!

Chicken Fried Bacon.Those were the three words on a social media post, and picture, that brought me to Mister P's in Southaven while visiting the area.As expected, the Chicken Fried Bacon was delicious and a hazard to my future well-being. The biggest surprised was the serving size, one that is easily shared and is too much for any single reasonable person. The interesting touch was the maple syrup served on the side, which, when used lightly on the bacon, gives the flavor of a bacon pancake. Too much syrup, however, floods the palate with too much sweetness over top of the salty bacon and ruins the purpose of eating chicken fried bacon to begin with. It was worth the wait, and the effort, for sure.The chicken quesadilla was passable, but not spectacular. Served with Mister P's ranch, the size is worth what you'll pay but the return on your investment comes with a ceiling. Bar food is expected to be salty, right? Salty food means you buy more drinks at a place where they thrive on selling drinks, soft or hard. However, the salt content in the quesadilla is through the roof, to the point where I couldn't manage to finish it all. The chicken was well-cooked, the cheese plentiful and tasty, but the salt was a serious turnoff, and that is saying something for someone who ordered chicken fried bacon.The wings are, of course, the focal point of the menu. Mister P's offers their house-made sauces for sale in jars and it is not a bad investment. Locals will tell you that the Honey Gold sauce is the best of the group and it certainly does not disappoint. The sauce is a nice mix of flavors, none of them too powerful for those who don't wish for their sauces to go overboard with a particular flavor feature. For those who love to eat wings, the Honey Gold sauce is the star of your show, bone-in or boneless.The service was quick and attentive, even on a Friday night that came with a more than half-full house and some of the worst karaoke I have ever heard in my life. The bartenders were friendly and always smiling, which is all a patron can ask for in a such a setting.This is not a region of the country that I frequently visit, but the chicken fried bacon, albeit a cardiac nightmare and a culinary novelty, is enough to bring a return visit should I find myself nearby again.

Can't say enough about this establishment and the family that owns these locations! You will not be disappointed!

The Food Is Always Good Best Wings In Town, But The Prices Are Outrageous. The Items Are Not Actually Sold In Combos So You Are Charged For Everything Separately. Also You Only Get One Ranch Which Is Ridiculous. I Spent $50 on a order once for 30 wing combo and was only given one ranch and had to pay $1 for a small cup of extra ranch even with not wanting the carrots and celery. Service Is Always Good .
