Mills Steak & Fish

This is a new restaurant in a great location that has seen a multitude of restaurants try and fail. This one is specializing in traditional Southern fried catfish and steaks- two specialties with some stiff competition in the neighborhood- Russell's around the corner and Taylor's just a little further away.Our initial visit was not too promising. The catfish breading had a very herbal off taste and the hushpuppies lacked any flavor at all except the grease they were fried in. A hamburger steak was well cooked and tasty. Beef tips were also well cooked but nothing extraordinary.A large desert menu looked promising and we sampled a piece of coconut custard pie that was outstanding. I could give this pie five stars but I don't see this as strictly a desert destination.Hoping the food here improves and this is a welcome addition to Corinth's culinary scene.

I wouldn't waste my time. No ambience, food is just okay, service is good and the servers are friendly.

Table service was great. The "ribeye" was grisly and fatty. I ran my finger across the shelf above the table and a layer of dirt came off. It was hot inside the restaurant. I was married an hour before and said that to the cashier as I was paying for the meal and telling her that the steak was not good. She was insulting about my new wife being to picky because their food wasn't good. I do not recommend and will be calling the Better Business Bureau because they didn't even offer anything but the insults for the poor quality food.

10/10! The grilled catfish was amazing and well seasoned. It was so tender! The salad bar was great and so were the homemade desserts!

Fish was the absolute best in the area. Their seasoning in their dredge is tops. Steak was a good average - nothing special - but good but cooked to PERFECTION. Definitely warrants a return visit and regular patronage.

Wonderful Food and Excellent Service!!!!We have been here on several occasions since the opening withno disappointments. The Fish is Yummy, the Steak is Cooked to Perfection and the Beef Tips melt in your mouth like Butter. They have a Great Salad Bar that is always Fresh and kept full and perfect.If you Love a Tasty Dessert... then this is the place for you. They are the best and there is always something different to choose from every time you go. I could go on and on about this place but you need to just go and try it out for yourself. I Guarantee you.... You Will Not be Disappointed.....IT IS A WONDERFUL ADDITION TO CORINTH. IT IS JUST WHAT WE NEEDED. :)D

Great food and service! We've eaten the fish and the sirloin. We loved both!The fish, hush puppies and slaw were excellent. We had the steak tonight, cooked perfectly, and had really nice flavor. The staff is so friendly. We will definitely return often.
