I come here all the time, the food is always amazing, the deals are great, and the people are wonderful. Nicest servers and owners ever. Chairs are a little uncomfortable but it's a classic hole in the wall, perfect for food.

Wow! Drive off your route for this Italian food joint. Some of the best Italian I have had. Everything is good. Lobster Ravioli was absolutely awesome. Garlic knots are great. Shrimp tortellini, awesome.

Sam at Milanos knows how to make a phenomenal pizza wether you get a slice or entire pizza. The garlic knots are delicious. The subs are great. If you're feeling like something lighter grab a salad. They are great and still provide you with plenty of food. If you are extra hungry grab a Stromboli. I recommend the BBQ chicken pizza

Hidden Gem in the heart of this small town. One of the best fettuccine Alfredo I've had! Staff is friendly, portions are GENEROUS and service is great. What else could you ask for? I was in Covington for a work assignment and ate here as much as I could.

This is a regular lunch stop...service is quick and the food is amazing. The slice and side salad lunch (with drink) is my choice for lunch as it is so tasty and filling. The cheese on the salad is the best...so fresh. The large chunks of Italian sausage on the slice is plentiful and makes for a true Italian experience. Our server is efficient and attentive. Don't miss this lunch stop in Covington.

Milano's is one of the better places around for Pizza and Pasta. The prices are good and the people who work there are friendly. I took one star off because while the food is decent, I don't find it great or at least some of the foods they serve can be a bit bland but most of it is really good. I do recommend it.
