Mid-South Medical and Mobility

I have been going to Mid-South medical for several years now and they never seem to disappoint. The staff is amazing, respectful, and knowledgeable. If what I'm looking for is not there at that time, I'm always informed when it comes in.....

I had been looking for incontinence products for a family member and could not find sizes above XL. This store had the 3X in stock that I needed as well as a variety of bed pads. The employee was helpful on the phone and let me know what they had in stock before I made the trip. The location is convenient with plenty of parking and an accessible entrance. Inside they also have stationary and mobility chairs, walkers, compressive clothing, hygienic products, and more!

I used to get my cpap supplies from them. Horrible horrible people to deal with. Rude, inconsiderate, and god forbid you get on their automatic call list, you can never get off it. No matter how many times you request them not to call. I eventually had to change my phone number to get off their list.Back in 2007 I got a prescription from my doctor for a motorized wheelchair. I took it to them. They said they would contact me in a few days. A month passes I heard nothing, so I called. Again they said they'd get back to me. This was in Jan or Feb. By September I was tired of the dance and called another mobility specialty company, faxed them my prescription. Two weeks later the other company was rolling my new wheelchair in the door. So maybe I should add incompetent to my description?

This company puts profit over people and I would not recommend doing business with them unless it was your last resort. If they were the only place you could find the equipment rental you needed. My dad was ill and he started having difficult with helping us move him. We rented a Hoyer/pt. lift. I wasn't expecting my dad to pass away when he did. We had the equipment less than a week and they offer no money back. Reason being due to cost operate a business. $245 for 5 days when it was supposed to be for 1 month. I wasn't expecting a complete refund but to offer nothing in returned. I of course returned the equipment the day after he passed which meant they could rent it out again and make more money. It's suppose to matter how you treat people but apparently not for this company. It's about how much money they can make

terrible service. manager April is completely unresponsive. Find your medical needs elsewhere

They had the colostomy supplies I needed at reasonable prices. Cost comparable to Amazon. The service was friendly and professional.

Went above and beyond when my grandmother needed a lift chair. They customized it to her liking, delivered it, and BEST OF ALL helped her move it around in her living room until it was placed exactly where she wanted it! Shoutout to Ed for his service with a smile!!

incompetence --that what I got with my dealing with the company .When you in trust your quality of life to someone.This is not the company.They did exactly what a level company would do , look for someone else to blame , its not our fault . Ashley and Brad and Melissa are all failure at properly providing client care . "We are not ordering pizza here we are dealing with a person quality of life" My 96 year old grandmother was on the floor squimming no bed ,no wheelchair and no phone call from Mid-South Mobility.This could be your grandmother . They are all looking for loopholes to jump through for why they weren't success at providing this 96 years old lady with necessary medical equipment. Look to your Supervisors and Managers for not knowing that you have not been trained to go to the next level . How about looking for a platform to service your clients with compassion humanity and understanding . Really nice staff. Took a lot of time to assist me with products to help my husband.
