I didn't make it past the woman that answers the phone. She is so rude I wouldn't step foot on this property. What kind of message does it send to people when this foolery is allowed to go on? There is a thing called compassion and that woman is sorely lacking!! Please find a different Dr. or Facility they don't your money and you won't be valued.

This unholy bureaucracy is what you get when you cross the vital, needed public services of physicans with the business plan and profit motive of Wal-Mart. You may wonder how a business so badly organized and incompetently run could survive the free market. For the answer to that, consider their high prices and the probability that they are raking in plenty of dough from patients' insurance companies. I could post a long, boring recounting of who-said-what here, but instead I'll sum it up this way: No one knows what's going on. No one makes sure that the things they say they'll do actually get done. No one follows up. No one listens to your messages. No one has a clue.
