I stopped by on this rainy day for a sweet treat to brighten it up! I got two scoops of cookies and cream in a waffle cone! I can't wait to come back and try some of their milkshakes, and when it gets warmer, I'll be back for a snow cone!

Friendly staff, quick services great tasting shake. I ordered the Twix shake and I'd guess it had at least 1 whole Twix bar chopped up in it. My daughter ordered a hot fudge shake with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. While I'd have preferred a bit more sauce on top, the hot fudge flavor of the shake was terrific. When we go back, and yes we will be back, I'm going to try one of the kosher creations pictured on their wall. For seating, outside is the way to go since the small footprint could feel crowded pretty quick, and the outdoor option will allow you to people watch anyway

Microsoft is always a nice stop to grab a sweet treat. The shop wasn't crowded and they were filling orders pretty quick. We walked in and were at the register in minutes. You havw a variety of options to mix and max. We chose a strawberry kiwi and a strawberry watermelon snocone. We decided to take them to the park not too far away. The cones are a nice size and relatively cheap. They don't melt as fast as others which allows you to enjoy it. Great for these hot summer days in Memphis.

This is probably one of my favorite spots. Loves them when they started in Collierville and will continue to frequent even after they moved to Germantown. Very cool spot for a sweet treat. Snow cones, ice cream (hand scooped and soft serve), cookies, brownies, milk shakes, etc. they serve my favorite milk shake of any other place. The right consistency (which is most important) and flavor. Love their shakes. They are usually crowded BUT they get you in and get you out. I ordered the brownie sundae on my last visit. It was just ok. The brownie didn't seem as fresh as normal. I was bummed because I had been saving calories to treat myself and it wasn't a stellar meal. When you give up that many calories, you want it to be the BOMB!!!! I still would have maybe given 5 stars because they usually rock. BUT, the family in front of me had the hardest time ordering. Every time the father ordered, the reply was "we are not of that". He asked for SIX different items that they were out of. I joined in the conversation because it got to be so ridiculous. He tried to remain positive but after the 3rd or 4th item, it was kinda hard. I understand you may have an unexpected rush, but to be out of that many items is unacceptable for an established business. But anyway, this little bump will not make me give up Micco's. They really are a good, family owned spot to grab a decadent treat for yourself!Try them out.

So I'm not the world's biggest ice cream fan, but this is a usual go to for weekend deserts. I forget what they call it, and yes, they've ripped off Jerry's, but it's kind of nice not to have to head to an area of town where a Kevlar vest isn't at least a passing consideration. Honestly, their soft-serve ice cream is my favorite as I'm not a fruit-flavored (or other pure sweet) kind of desert guy. And to be even more risqué, the (yes, I'm a white guy who's about to decry his preference for vanilla soft-serve ice cream) vanilla soft-serve ice cream is my pick. It appears to be a host of high school or college kids who staff the joint, and, to a small degree, they restore my faith in the youth of America (with such unheard of things such as courtesy, hospitality, and focus exhibited by younger millennials) (which is better than the older millennials, of which I may or may not be one, who used to get high in the freezer of Jersey Mike's in the same shopping center some 20 years ago, but I digress) (two parentheticals ago, this chunk of text was supposed be be complimentary of the staff, but nonetheless it turned in to a curmudgeonly missive about the youth of America...people used to tell me I was a good writer, ironically). Here's the burrows lead- freakshakes and ice cream nachos. Freakshakes are enough to give a Clydesdale instant diabetes, but if you want all of the variations on the concept of sweet/sugary, this would be your dish. A unique concept, though not reinventing the wheel but taking a highly divergent approach on a traditional desert, is the ice cream nachos. Think ice cream cone pieces in place of chips; think ice cream fixings for toppings. The novelty alone is worth the price of admission. So in sum, yeah, it's ice cream. But it's good ice cream, and maybe it's better than ice cream because of the novel approach that they bring to it.

Holy crap this place is magical! It's downright sinful. My husband liked the stuff I brought him enough that he devoured it all pretty quickly. I didn't even get a bite of the strawberry sno cone but hubbs liked it enough I'd get it for him again. I'll stick to the milkshakes myself since they've got such a huge variety to try. They've also got some fun names for stuff. For example, the crazy milkshakes with lots of extras added to them are called Freakshakes. They have a milkshake called the Harry Potter which is butterbeer flavored with caramel added. There were many more options but I didn't get the chance to check more out. I know I'll be back and I can't wait for the excuse to return! To Try: - Freakshake: Ultimate BrownieeverythingLoved:- Milkshakes: Harry Potter

Sunday Funday with the kids. Trips to miccos are always fun. The new location is beautiful.it is a lot bigger than the old place but the flavors are still the same. We didn't have to wait and the orders were prepared very quickly.

In this case, a one star review is overly generous. I used to love Miccos and was a frequent customer. I even encouraged my 16 year old daughter to work there, which she did for several months. The owner, Tim, owes her over $300 from her last 3 paychecks that bounced after the Germantown location closed. After a year of attempting to collect her earnings, he has continued to evade and avoid. He owes my daughter for 6 weeks of work, and apparently is the type of man who is willing to cheat a teenage girl out of her wages. I will never support this business again.
