Great Tex-Mex! We are from Texas and usually do not eat Tex-mex when out of state. This place is legit! We had the beef street tacos and the burrito. Premium margaritas were good. Salsa lacked a bit of flavor, but we added salt and were very happy. They have a nice bar with TV's and about 10-12 seats (I ALWAYS eat at the bar area so this is important to me). Will be back!

The tacos & fajitas are fantastic! When you eat a soft chicken taco and instantly crave more... they did something right!!

Typical "place by Walmart". It has good days and bad. One of 3 Mexican places in a Small Mississippi town.Food is plentiful and inexpensive but the sliding gratuity scale is hard to follow and the policy to the discount cards the local teams here sell for fundraisers is explained in a rather lengthy sign by the register. I don't think they're over anxious to take them without limits. (Just pay cash like I did I guess?)The help is always friendly and fast as they are allowed to be. It gets crowded and hard to move about and that's not their fault.

It was weird when we came in and were being seated. The guy was turning around laughing, saying something to the hostess, and turning around, so we didn't know if we were supposed to be following him to the table or not. He never said, "Follow me." He just walked off, so we followed. My husband, son, and I sat down and read the menu. My husband ordered the Super Quesadilla, and my son ordered the Burrito Supreme. Their food was fine, and they enjoyed it. MY food, on the other hand, was NOT so good. I ordered the Chile Relleno, rice, and beans. I have ordered MANY, MANY Chile relleno dishes from many restaurants throughout my life. They have always been approximately the same size and made the same way from restaurant to restaurant. THIS Chile Relleno dish was LACKING THE PEPPER!! There was literally a 2 inch piece of FLAT (not even a whole pepper) pepper with a tablespoon of ground meat laying on a TON of melted cheese. At first, I couldn't even see the pepper. I had to move the meat off of the pepper to make sure it was even there. I have attached a picture of it to this review. INSANE!! Very disappointed. How can anyone serve a dish KNOWING it's not even close to what it should be? The server also never came back to check on us for me to be able to tell him about my dish. I will not return.

This food is amazing! Got seated immediately upon arrival, clean restaurant, friendly staff. Chips and salsa arrived promptly, drinks as well. Ordered the super quesadilla with beef and chicken and a side of guacamole. Hubby ordered a shrimp & chorizo quesadilla. They were fabulous! Hubby couldn't even finish his because of the generous servings. Mine had a perfect char to it, just loved it. The guacamole was perfect and we were quite pleased with our decision to stop here. Totally recommend this

The food is always great! The service is a toss up. I usually sit there for a good 5-10 minutes before a server ever ask about drinks.

2nd time our family has been seated next to loud, obnoxious party !! 1 waiter for the party of 20 and 6 other tables like us with small kids. 45 minutes from seating until food was brought out. Very disappointed with what used to be a good, decent place to take your family. Will not be back !!!!

Food was average, my fajitas were extra well done. Mandatory gratuity for party of 5 or more and for 2 after 9. So pretty much if there are more than 4 your getting shit service because there getting paid regardless. They had no diet soda at all according to the server, so drink options are limited. Will not return, several other Mexican restaurants within walking distance.

This is the second time this place has tried to rip us off. They have happy hour - 2 for 1 margaritas. - You do not get the happy hour price unless you ask for it, even though the menu says the happy hour times. They gave us the check and I asked them why we were charged doubled during happy hour. The waitress informed me that they only honor happy hour prices if the customer confronts them about the price. Why do I need to ask for the price that is actually LISTED ON THE MENU saying that it's happy hour ???? I told her that the menu says it's happy hour - and she informed me that management tells them to charge regular prices unless the customer already knows about happy hour. This is bad business and definitely affected her tip, and we won't be back anymore since this is the 2nd time this has happened. If your menu says happy hour times on it and the waitress knows it's happy hour they should assume I know it's happy hour too ! I shouldn't have to check over the receipt and then confront you about it in order to be treated fairly ! This is bad business! I asked other tables around us and they looked at their receipts and were not given the happy hour price either !

my husband and I ordered the chili relano and that's it in the pictures they both looked just like that the slice of chili was the size of his pinky finger and a tiny bit of cheese that barely cover the bottom of the pan for almost $14.00 and the manager said that's what you get! OMG how embarrassing oh well you earned it this review, nope I don't want any free food to make it all better! You should never try and serve your customers this substandard garbage to begin with. We just took our uneaten food back and got our money and went somewhere reputable!! So he went to Cafe Ole down the street to get our food showed the manager the pictures and they said no the pablano and the chili relano should both be stuffed peppers not a sliver of a chili so we will go to the higher rated Cafe Ole from now on. Plus they don't have a snarky hostess at the front as wellCafe Ole serves the whole chili with the chili relano, No wonder your reviews keep getting worse.
