I've eaten here several times since they opened (I watched them build in anticipation, as there's very little else in Ruleville to eat, or otherwise) and have always had a pleasant experience. The crowd has never been large, although probably proportional to the local population. The atmosphere is bright and colorful with all the Mexican decoration one would expect, and the food surprisingly tasteful. The chips were light and crispy, and the salsa much more than just tomato paste like so many are. I had the Combo Lunch Fajitas, which consist of chicken, steak and shrimp, and it was excellent. The service was prompt and attentive to my sweet tea requirements, and the meal with tip still came in under $20. What more could you ask for??

The food is not bad, it does come in larger portions. Service is not very good, the guy at the front desk was falling asleep on his phone while we stood there, the manager had to wake him up for us to pay our bill. He just laughed when the manager woke him up and didn't say a word to us. The atmosphere is very calm, expect for the air conditioning which it was pretty hot inside when it is 96 degrees and a heat advisory out. Our waitress was really nice, and understanding and they did not bother us a lot.

Great food and great service just about sums up this great Mexican restaurant. I have been waiting for this restaurant to open for a long time. It seems they have been building it for almost a year. Anyway, as of 7/25/18 this is a Ruleville's newest restaurant. It was by all means delicious. The menu items I ordered was a number 8 lunch combo. This includes a Chile relleno, beans, taco and a guacamole salad. I got all this for $6.75. So, that's a sweet deal. It is located at the Intersections of Highways 8 and 49. It's in a brand new building too. I believe there tore down an old house to build this Mexican Restaurant. I'm glad they did because my family will be regulars here. Yes, they don't have to go all the way to Cleveland for the Mexico Grill there. They can just come here.Features: They do have free WiFi. Just ask the manager for the password and he will give it to you. They also have outdoor seating. One feature that sets this restaurant apart from others is the giant American flag out front. It looks like it is bigger than this building. Anyway, you have to see it to believe it. See photo I took.Other information: They do serve drinks here. They have a blue agave margarita that is absolutely satisfying. So be sure to try their margaritas. Their WiFi password as of 7/25/18 is Guest123.

The food is good, but surprisingly, they don't serve whole pinto beans. Only refried pinto beans which is odd for a Mexican Restaurant. They don't serve Carne Guisada, Caldo nor Menudo and my waitress didn't know even what they were. Their steaks are acceptable, but quite thin. The tortillas are not fresh nor authentic. Their salsa is mediocre at best. The wait staff is above average. A fairly wide selection at the bar and the decor and ambiance authentic.

After a Friday night football game, Mexico grill in Ruleville is definitely a little shining beacon of light in a small delta town with the giant American flag flying out front it's very welcoming to me and my family of five that includes three restless little boys and anyone with kids knows that speedy service is the key to keeping them "tamed" in a restaurant, and this one doesn't disappoint when it comes to service The excellent service is only rivaled by the FOOD whether it's an authentic Mexican meals or just some basic American favorites this is definitely the place for me and I would recommend it to anyone.

Service is ok...depends on wait staff..younger guy and middle aged lady friendly..heavy set Hispanic lady who cleans tables and younger lady ( not sure of ethnicity) doesn't speak to and even frowns at African Americans..Food is different every time.. and please don't order to go..You just might get...Only God Knows What!

The absolute worst Mexican food I think I've ever had. 2nd time eating food from here. 1st time in restaurant the food was bad and service was worse. Asked about how an item was prepared and was told it didn't have cheese dip/sauce on it as I do not like it and sure enough it came covered in it. Had take out tonight and no side items were included even though I ordered the "dinners". Half of my food is going in the garbage because it was so awful. Save your time and money!
