The shrimp and grits plate is great. Service isn't their strong point at least not on Thursday nights. You get the feel that the servers and bartender seriously don't care if you are there or not. I live near but won't make a lot of effort to get back to eat there. Maybe I'll just do take out next time.

Service, Atmosphere & Food was Great! Only complaint is that I ordered Seafood Gumbo and I got chicken & sausage Gumbo (which was delicious), but when I said something to my waitress about getting chicken & sausage instead of seafood she went to the kitchen and came back and told me the cook said she did throw a handful of seafood in the gumbo. If there was seafood in it, It must of been minced, because there was no seafood in my gumbo! Again food was delicious, came out quick & service was great!

Favourite restaurant in and around Paris! Everything is a tad bit salty but it's got the most variety and taste! The restaurant is big and airy, not stuffy at all AND NO SMOKING SMELL! Live band on the patio is always fun to watch with a beer and dinner! Shrimp and grits - drowned in butter but SO so good. It's worth trying at least once!!!Mac and cheese - good but nothing super specialRosemary pasta with chicken - favourite dish! Has butter in it too for some reason?? But it's good! CHOUX MACK?? the corn soup side!!! it's really really good!!! Creamy and hearty! Easily the best date spot for dinner!

We had a pleasant meal here but were disappointed that several of the menu items we thought made this a more unique restaurant were no longer available. The Shepard's Pie and chicken and waffle were no longer on the menu. We ordered the deviled eggs on the menu and were informed they were also not available. The food we had was well prepared and we will no doubt come back but wish they would provide more unique items that differentiate them from all the other places in the area. The waitress was excellent and very attentive. This place is ok but not exceptional.

I ordered the prime rib. If it's a special I recommend you ordering it too. It was the best prime rib I've had in a long long time. My husband ordered petite filet and grilled shrimp with grilled vegetables. It was outstanding. This was a pleasant surprise in a small town. Highly recommended!

Atmosphere- The restaurant itself is beautiful! It has a beautiful open wooden interior - great for both small and big parties, as well as a very nice outside patio area.Food- the menu is much better than blues landing, the restaurant next door. The menu has seafood pastas, buckets of seafood, burgers, soups, and more! Their price range is average to high-end but definitely worth it. I ordered the famous shrimp and grits ($16) and my friend ordered their bucket of seafood which included crab legs, boiled shrimp, and fried oysters ($25). Mine was a little salty but it was good! His seafood bucket was fresh and he enjoyed it. It also came with free bread and salad and our server was very nice and attentive! Drinks- they have a ton of beers to enjoy! ~4 eachOverall- I very much enjoy the atmosphere and food of this place over their neighbor restaurant! I definitely would recommend it and will be back soon! If only they had a live band...

Excellent service and great food. My wife had fish and chips. I had the seafood gumbo and Boudin entree. Both meals were lovely! Can easily recommend. Made us feel welcome and very friendly.
