Menagerie Farm is a little piece of paradise in the middle of a growing town. I have had multiple events here, from birthday parties to years of summer camps to Girl Scout cookouts. Every event has exceeded our expectations and we are in awe of how "clean" the place is! The animals are well taken care of, the camp provides a much needed "country experience" with lake swimming, fishing, animal care, art, sand and water play, crafts, visits with state rangers, pony riding, and so much more. My kids are so dirty and happy when I pick them up. I can't recommend this family owned farm enough.

My son was injured at a summer camp. (He has a permanent scar) In my opinion it was handled very poorly. When we decided we didn't feel comfortable attending the rest of the week, they at first offered a refund I still have yet to get.

It's a pretty farm, and the animals are super friendly, but.... The staff is completely unconcerned about guest, rude even, and for god sake stay away from the Clydesdale horse fence, it has an electric, unmarked, line on the top, both my 3 and 14 year old siblings got shocked by it, to the point where they were both crying because it hurt so bad. And in similar form, the staff seemed to not care at all about the two children who were balling from being electrocuted.

Fun birthday party in the fall for kids! The Menagerie Farm was a lucky find in Collierville! It's located at the end of Shea Rd. behind Baptist Collierville. Plenty of parking in front on a gravel lot. In October, the farm offers hay rides, pony rides, petting the animals, feeding the goats, picking pumpkins, feeding the fish, and fun stories from the crew. The crew was very attentive to little 4 year olds and made sure that they were safe and having fun. Parents took tons of pics and enjoyed the fall festivities. After the activities there was a nice seating area with picnic tables for cake, ice cream, and waters. I did not know this farm existed and since we are suburbanites it is nice to know this is just a 2 mile drive from our house!

I visited Menagerie Farm with my son on a school trip last month. My review below:- Location: Pretty out there if you live in areas like Bartlett. It's all the way in Collierville so expect to get there in 45min - 1hr. It was also difficult to locate b/c it was a in a residential subdivision/neighborhood. I was luckily behind the school bus and was able to follow them; otherwise, I would have missed it 10x. - Price: Meh...it was like $15.00/kid & $5.00/chaperon through the school; however, when we got there they were also charging $2.00 for parking which was not disclosed (school's fault). Luckily, I had cash; otherwise, not sure what other options I would have had.- Farm: Really there wasn't much other than chickens running around, a few goats to feed, a lake with catfish to feed, and a tractor and train that drove you around for a few minutes. We really didn't get to see any other animals but from far.Overall - go to the Memphis Zoo :)

My daughter has now gone to camp here two years in a row. The property is gorgeous and there is so much for kids to do. They have lots adorable and friendly animals that are well cared for. It's well organized and my daughter always has an absolute blast. It's well worth the 2 hours of driving a day to take her to and from during her camp week. Every complaint I've seen have seen about this facility has been in regards to the animals that reside there doing as they please. Please keep in mind that is their home. They live there. It's a FARM. Don't schedule your kids events at a farm if you're not willing to share space with the animals that live there. Isn't that the whole point in going there? It wouldn't be what it is if all of the animals were all locked in cages. I personally love going there and seeing all of these animals running around live their best life and being well loved by the owners.

Great location, but the party barn needs cleaning/power washing. Porta Potty restrooms also needed to be cleaned. No hand washing facilities near the party barn or restrooms. Roaming goat tried to eat our party food. She did eat some of the floral decor. The owner defended the GOAT and told us that we were in the goat's home, so she could do as she pleases. Owner was upset that goat was shooed away from the food table. Disappointed In the staff and service. Will find another venue for our next party.

The staff at Menagerie Farm couldn't be friendlier. The stables and animal enclosures are kept in immaculate condition. This is a wonderful place to enjoy farm life! I can't wait to visit again.

The farm is actually pretty nice as far as the animals go they have horses and goats. However you can't feed the horses because they bite. The main problem is the time limit for a birthday party. We were not told of a time limit. After being there for only one hour, we were told we need to pack up because another party was coming and needed to set up. We were told that if we wanted more than 1 1/2 hours we should have bought more beforehand. They were very rude. And embarrassed us. Our children were very upset to have to leave without even having cake.

Worst service when it comes to contacting them. I have spent many days trying to get ahold of someone, but I always get a message. The message gives you two numbers to call, but I can't get anyone on the line. Very tired of this. Very bad business
