This is how the hot tub looked for 3 days.

Wonderful experience.Came here for a quick mini-vacation with a friend. The hospitality here is nothing short of amazing. Clean and spacious room. Easy access parking that is free. We liked that it was set back from the main road so our stay was quiet. We did order pizza and salad from the restaurant and it was really good. Highly recommend this place.

One of the best visits I have had in Memphis. The staff was very helpful, nice, and kept checking on us making sure everyone was good. The chicken Alfredo and Cesar salad was everything. I come to Memphis every year and I will definitely be back.

The place could have so much potential but it seems they are running a 14-story hotel on minimal staff and a lot is falling short. The room I stayed in was dark, dingy and had a strong odor of stale cigarette smoke. No wash cloths and the shampoo, body wash and conditioner were empty. Not sure if the housekeeping even checked the room. I asked the front "desk" staff and messaged house keeping for some but none was delivered. Finally when I found an actual housekeeper I was provided with everything. The main attractions for us were the pool and hot tub, however, when I checked in on 15 Feb the hot tub was green and cloudy. Same again on the 16th when I called the hotel and told the lady. Someone came to look at it and said "it's because it's so busy". NO SIR, it's has no chemicals in it and a ton of people have been using it for days. Finally on the 17th they closed it when there was a strong odor of sewage. Not once during our trip did I see anyone test the water. Although my trip was not one bit relaxing and we left a day early I want to give a shout out to Kelly for doing her best to correct an issue and make our stay as good as possible. I also want to say thank you to Dolores for running the entire restaurant by herself but still giving us awesome service!

My boyfriend and I were looking for affordable rooms on Hotels.com and came across this listing. Firstly I want to preface by saying that the front office people were really nice, and there is a security guard inside of the gated parking lot so our belongings felt safe. However, our stay was quite the opposite.-All they have for breakfast is biscuits and gravy, pastries, apples, coffee and juice. If you need a good protein filled breakfast I wouldn't recommend trying to eat the breakfast there. -The restaurant was not open or busy the entire time we were there, which is sad because the bar area was really cute. - Housekeeping didn't visit our room except for 1 time to take our trash. Admittedly we had our DND sign on for the first 2/3 days bc we're pretty low maintenance, but the 4/5th days we had the Clean Up sign on our door ALL DAY.(From at least 9-6) They didn't remake the bed with clean sheets or vacuum. I had to request towels and toilet paper late at night at the front desk to our room and if I hadn't asked, they would've had us carry it back up to the room ourselves. - Water was shut off at one point till 3 PM one day - On the 5th day at around 12 AM, the fire alarm went off. Mind you this fire alarm is not a normal fire alarm. It literally sounded like a damn b*mb was about to go off and a loud voice came over the in-room intercom saying "Warning, an emergency has been reported. Make your way to the exits down to the lobby and don't use the elevator." (I'm paraphrasing) My boyfriend works 6 10 hour days a week and walks roughly 6 miles a day, so naturally on a Saturday he was pissed. It then happened AGAIN like 2 hours later. We had to wake up out of deep sleep and make our way down 8 flights of stairs 3 TIMES before they finally told us it was malfunctioning. We ended up staying in our car until around 4AM until the alarms and lights stopped going off. The first time it went off they told us someone pulled it. We ended up leaving the hotel at 5 in the morning and left to go somewhere else. Obviously, not the staffs fault, but regardless it was extremely frustrating. (Not to be that person, but if you tell us someone keeps pulling the fire alarm, we're gonna think the worst, like what if someone was pulling the alarms to get us all in the hallway? It's just something I think about since we tend to have a gun problem in this country.) We did get refunded for the last 2 days of our stay by the booking website because we purchased travel protection on an almost 800 dollar stay. Not a bad hotel, but it wasn't worth what we paid for the experience we received. We won't be back unfortunately.
