The owner (sorry I forgot his name?) & his cousin (Jamal?) were so incredibly accommodating with my tight schedule when I ordered at a hospital outdoors, today..My "Buffalo Chicken Egg Roll" with buffalo sauce was/is the BEST FOOD TRUCK fare that I've ever had! I bought the same for a colleague who was blown away with deliciousness.MUST track Memphis Soul Cafe in Nashville!
