Well, if you never been before, the food is a variety a.k.a. buffet yes that's right buffet style so upon entry the buffet is already a part of the gameplay admission. There's three different options for entry. The friendly customer service person at the front will more than happily go down the list of options for you, but just know that the buffet is a part of all three upon entry, it is a lively place. I mean there's tons so if you're going there to avoid noise then that's not it but if you're going to have a good time and that there's tons of children then you're in the right place.

Worst experience ever! I went there on 01/08/24 and bought the buffet and attraction package. No pizza was ready and the food that was ready was cold and nasty (esp the taco meat and baked chicken). I tried to play games however the first game I swiped my play card on didn't work. It was the bowling game and the bumpers did not pop up. Countless of other games didn't work like air hockey, 4D theater, guitar hero, and the cup pong game. I asked for a refund due to being frustrated not being able to find a working game and for the food not being good/ready. The manager, Micheal Gonzalez denied a refund and stated "there was no point to call corporate because he makes the final decisions." I called corporate and they said they would have a supervisor reach out to me about my refund. No one ever did. I had to keep calling and calling until I was finally told "the owner sides with management". Which is insane because I have picture proof of the games that were not working. This business is not BBB accredited. I filed a report thru the better business bureau and this company never responded to my report. The bank (after one month of fighting) gave my money back due to them not being BBB accredited which is a red flag to the bank. Not being BBB accredited means that they don't take accountability for their wrong doings. This place was a nightmare. People who I health with: Micheal Gonzalez, Brittany Wharton, and Ross Barnesss. Do not support a business that is not BBB accredited! Learn from my mistakes!

On February 20, 2025, I had an absolutely awful experience at Incredible Pizza in Memphis. I took my young cousins and nephews--none of whom are older than 10--hoping for a fun time. We purchased the buffet, play card, and attraction bundle, which was outrageously overpriced given the poor quality of everything we encountered. The food was appalling. I'm not a picky eater, but there's no way this place would pass a thorough health inspection. I highly recommend eating somewhere else--it's not just overpriced, it's downright disgusting. On top of that, 2/3 of the games were broken or malfunctioning. The theater had no moving chairs, the bumper cars were out of order, the race car game had a broken steering wheel, the ski hockey game didn't dispense pucks, the basketball game failed to provide balls, and the air hockey table was a safety hazard. The puck actually hit my nephew in the head, leaving a red mark. When I spoke to management about these issues (a man and woman who claimed to be the only two managers), they insisted their business doesn't offer refunds and attempted to downplay the broken games. I also suggested they put up maintenance signs so customers don't waste their credits on non-functional games, but they didn't seem to care. I called corporate, and they promised a representative would reach out to me, but I haven't heard a word. After reading other reviews, it's clear corporate doesn't care about customer service. This place is a complete scam, advertising services they don't deliver. I'll be disputing this with my bank, since they refuse to offer me a refund.

I've been trying to move past the awful experience I had yesterday, but the sheer disrespect I endured needs to be addressed. I was verbally assaulted by the two managers on duty--an older white woman and Michael--over a wristband I had, along with my receipt, in hand. While I was heading to the buffet, this older woman blocked my path with blatant hostility and demanded to see my wristbands. I immediately showed them to her, along with my receipt, but she yelled at me saying, "Well, you have to put them on." I calmly told her she needed to learn how to speak to people and asked her to get Michael since I remembered him from when I worked at this same Incredible Pizza years ago.I don't know what lie she told Michael, but when he came over, he also acted with hostility and refused to hear my side of the story. This quickly escalated with him demanding I leave without a refund, and even without my children. They caused a scene, and my family begged me to stay because my child's birthday wish was to come here, as we hadn't been in a while. The situation got worse when I filmed several patrons, including two people with me, who didn't have their wristbands on--and the woman never addressed them.I completely understand the wristband policy, but I don't understand why I was singled out when others were clearly allowed to go unnoticed. It felt like she was just being unreasonably hostile toward me. My child was traumatized, and all he remembers is thinking I was going to be taken away. Multiple customers and staff checked on me throughout our stay. I didn't even get a chance to eat, nor did my mom. One worker even acknowledged they were wrong, and said they would gladly provide a statement if I choose to press charges. My family and I will never be back to this location.
