Memphis Food Truck Park

Not much going on here anymore, but the trucks that do show up are usually really good. At one time, it stayed pretty full with some great food truck options. The truck that is almost always there is Bays Wings. Mojo Cafe used to post up every day as well, but I haven't seen them in a minute. You can find some random trucks, lots of Latino type stuff. Hot dogs sometimes. It's a gamble. It's 100% out side on a busy street where people drive like complete fools. So it isn't the best place to enjoy a meal and your surroundings to say the least. It does have some benches and is covered in case you do decide to hang around and eat. Oh.... and The Pony is right down the way if you are into that sort of thing. '24 - 80/102

This place is amazing. I wish there were more trucks however. Bays wings does not disappoint. They are always there. I recommend their Asian habanero sauce.

There is nothing wrong with the food truck park other than it's not in a great location and they don't have but two trucks there on a regular basis. Other than that, I do like Bay's Wings and the setup (property) is pretty cool. It has a ton of potential and i'm eager to see what the spring/summer bring by way of lunch options.

Memphis Food Truck Park has been opened perhaps 1 month or so. Stopped by today for my 2nd visit. You know a concept like this is successful when:1. You have to wait to find a parking spot2. You have to wait to order your food from 1 of 6 food trucks3. You have to wait to get your foodBut, absolutely, it's worth it. Last time I had a chili dog from Jimmy's food truck, this time a BBQ bologna sandwich from Pig Tails. Both were excellent. Nice variety of food options, nice covered area with tables to eat in. And, you know you're in the right spot.... when 3 cop cars are in the lot for lunch, just saying.

This location is not close for me during lunch but I decided to make the trek over anyway. The day I went, there were about 5 different trucks- Deja Vu, Memphis Mojo burgers and another one that was Asian and 2 different hot dog trucks. It's not much parking but they have metal picnic tables for you to sit out and enjoy. I thought this was a good variety of food selections and ended up ordering from 2 different trucks. I look to come back to see what other trucks will be out there.

No place for trucks to check in to see who is here on a daily basis. Not enough tables or parking either, I've always asked the tire shop next door if they mind me parking there! I'm glad to have a space that food trucks are daily, but think it could be made a nicer/larger area with accommodations for customers.

Came here for lunch with my husband, since we work in the New Getwell/Air Park area. The venue itself is great!!! They also seem to attract some regulars and a good variety of trucks. Today there are five options. Your experience will really be defined by the food trucks that are there, though. I am having a great time -- I got my food from Stanley's Sweet Street Treats and got it quickly and it was great food. We have been here nearly 25 minutes, and my husband has a 45 min lunch break and is getting nervous because McKnight's European Cuisine hasn't called his number yet. Choose your food truck wisely, and follow your nose! I'm really excited to have this option now, though, instead of just having to go down to Shelby Drive for fast food all the time.
