Memphis Best Wings

Straight up trash. I should've known they weren't going to be good because of how fast they came out. I ordered at the counter and the food came out maybe 5 mins later. The wings were old and had no flavor. Maybe their fresh wings are better, but I'll never find out.

The fish was good the wings were really bad spaghetti and slaw was horrible!!!! $20 Manager special not worthy

Good good at a decent price. I normally get the Managers Special or the Catfish sandwich combo. I loveeee the fish here. Honestly I've never ordered anything but the fish and wings but I'm rarely disappointed. Oh I almost forgot the awesome sweet tea! It's delicious lol.

The 3 piece fish basket had more fries than fish. The three pieces could have formed half a filet. I should have known by the price of a THREE piece being less than $10. The clerk was rude. Hope it wasn't the owner. It wasn't worth it. In my opinion....

I've never been to this place physically before. My brother and i had this food delivered. The food was very, very fresh and hot and our orders were correct. He LOVES the food here, but me personally, i thought the flavor was seriously lacking. The fish was so fresh and perfectly cooked but it was bland, ouch. And I guess i got the wrong wing sauce for my wings, not sure, but it had funky taste to it. The cake however, was awesome! Sweet though. I'll try them again one day..

I went to the location in Olive Branch, Ms. The food was really good .!!! I had the catfish and fries with tater sauce . The catfish was fresh and made to order for a great price .! It seemed the tarter sauce was house made . It had a sweet taste to it . It was very very good . I used it on my fish and fries . My sister got the chicken wings with lemon pepper and sweet honey glaze and they were delicious .!!!!! In all I will go back and try other things on the menu.! Great local spot .!

Stop in because I was craving some lemon pepper wings. Service was excellent I was prepared to wait but food came fast. The wings was hot and delicious. I will be back.

I called my order in and the young man told me 10-15 minutes. We arrived 15 minutes later and our food was ready literally 2-3 minutes after arriving, so we were pleased with that. Just didn't like the smell of the place. Lemonade was good, not too sweet and the food was piping hot and FRESH!

I first tried Memphis Best Wings on September 7, 2024 around 30 minutes until closing. Service was trash. I called the number on the door multiple times and didn't receive an answer. I then entered the restaurant and a young man was standing behind the counter. He was not welcoming. Didn't say, "Hi! Welcome to Memphis Best Wings." The man didn't even give a name. I also noticed that he didn't want to be there. I ended up ordering the Manager's Special with honey-glazed mild wings. For the price of $17.95, I will NOT be returning anytime soon.

I visit this restaurant weekly. The last two times my order was incorrect. Both times I arrived shortly before they closed. On both occasions when I discovered that my food was incorrect I called them several times but I don't get an answer. The last time this occurred I took a picture of the receipt and the food. The receipt denoted the type of wings that I ordered. When no one answered I called restaurant the next day and asked to speak with the manager. After telling him what happened he asked what do you want me to do? I said a comped meal would be fine but I could not come today. I told him that I would check my order going forward. He said okay and gave me his name. I was out of town so I didn't return for the free meal until a few weeks later. I explained everything to the cashier. He asks the manager on duty. He yells from the kitchen that he does not remember that. I pay for the order and ask to speak with the manager. He comes out of the kitchen. I asked himif he recalled talking to me. He said no. I thentired to show him the picture of the food and the receipt showing that the order was incorrect. He asked why I didn't call or bring it back because "everybody knows you have to see the food". I explained that I called several times after I discovered that the order was wrong and it was 10 minutes before closing time. He said he was busy cooking and really didn't have time to talk to me. There was 1 customer in the lobby and another person in the kitchen. He then walked away. I don't think this was the person that I spoke with when I called. However, the manager Mark was very short and rude. I have no reason to make up this story. However, I have the receipt, phone records and the pictures to proof it. It's sad that you would loose a weekly customer instead of correcting your error and implementing a review of the food prior to the customer leaving. I'm very disappointed and will share on other platforms.
