This crazy charming service station is fully functioning with regular unleaded, low sulfur diesel, diesel and kerosene.

"McGinnis Oil Company: Where Experience Meets...Something, but Definitely Not Service"I came to McGinnis Oil Company with high hopes - over a century in existence? All these years of experience? Partnerships with Shell? Top-notch products? It sounded like the golden trifecta of lubrication expertise. Sweet baby Jesus, what could go wrong? Well, everything. They did install the equipment, but I wouldn't exactly call it "the right way" or "the first time." Unless their definition of "right" involves a mysterious fluid leak that turned my shop floor into a Slip 'N Slide. It's been weeks, and I'm still trying to figure out if the product they used is designed to lubricate gears or dissolve asphalt.Maybe they're excellent at meeting the needs of other people's fleets, but my experience has left me convinced they'd struggle to properly gas up a tricycle. Save yourself the headache. Unless, of course, you're looking for a new hobby - like learning to fix what McGinnis breaks. One star for effort, though trumpy humpy dumpy, even that might be generous. Think I'd trust a felon/rapist/conman more than these guys.

I really adore this gas station! When I first drove through this town square in 1992 I was immediately drawn to this great little corner station that is straight out of a Mayberry calendar, that was 26 years ago and it hasn't changed one bit. It's my place for ethanol free gasoline for my rifling mower and formerly for a small best that I had. Boats classically don't tolerate ethanol because the alcohol eats up the llasyc based lives on s boats fuel system and their filters. Most riding mower manufacturers also recommend the no gas option for similar reasons and this is now the only place for many miles around to get it. This is a legit working gas station complete with air for your tires, water for your radiators andvthat's all free like it was forever. They've got oil and wiper fluid and all that stuff from your Grandpa's SERVICE STATION. That's what we called them because you got service, gas was pumped, windows washed, oil checked, air checked and then, if you go back far enough, got some S&H stamps as a thank you. (that's a really long time ago) They also proudly display the sign on the floor that there is a Notary Public in duty so you can fill up and get your documents notarized while you're here. How cool is that? Cool!!!!They have 2 pumps of standard 10% ethanol unleaded, plus they have one pump of low sulfur diesel, another standard diesel and one kerosene pump. This is one of the last of it's kind, a corner service station from the past, still getting it done on the town square and truckin' into the 20th century. Hope they never go away and that they are the ones to pump the last gallon of gas after everyone's switched to fission.
