The service has definitely improved.. friendly .. the food was made fresh to order and was very good .. all the ingredients were fresh and crisp ... restaurant was clean and the tables were all clean

The service was fine. The food tastes fine. My issue is the skimpy sandwiches. I got a French dip. I posted a pic. I am no expecting a big pile of meat overflowing the bun so I do expect more that 2 little thin slices of meat. It make it a La Croix of sandwiches. It's like a couple pieces of bread drove by a cow once. Meat-ish flavored. Y'all can do better.

My wife, granddaughter and me went here for dinner. The food and service was great. I do recommend this restaurant. I had a soup and half sandwich. It was very good.

I'm not really a deli food person so I rarely come to McAlister's but I've been brought here often enough by friends and coworkers to know the food is good. Ordered a salad thru Uber Eats. Worst salad ever, except the dressing, it was good. It appeared as if this was the bottom of a large bowl with just the stems & junk parts of lettuce etc. & put into a to-go container. Guess I gave the dressing 2 stars.

Usually we hit the Jason's Deli after visiting my mothers grave. But none of us were hungry at the time so we hit here instead later in the day. Not too busy around noon on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Servers were nice. Plenty of seating. I liked the New Yorker over the Ruben. Both served hot and come with one side. Potato salad on the sour side. But I liked it over the tomato and cucumber salad. I'd probably pick Jason's next time, especially with their free self serve ice cream. But it was a good alternative to driving out to the grave site again just for a sandwich.

No meat on the spud Max's. Terrible place. They can't even put the food on the plate that they charge you for. How stupid is that. Put your cell phone down and focus on your work

We the seniors at the DeWitt Coalition Center would like to thank the restaurant manager at the Collierville Tennessee location for his gracious generosity and donation to our Valentine's Day Gala for our seniors. The seniors really enjoyed their day it really meant the world to them and we appreciate everything that you done and such great service.
