Man, the flavor is 10/10. I first saw Polynesian style food vendor at the Soul Food Food Truck festival and then they started popping up everywhere. I'm in love with the Teriyaki Chicken plate which comes with 2 scoops of rice and mac salad. Now they have Dino beef ribs. They are so tender and meaty. I also was able to try the Vai meleni which is a watermelon milk drink and was really refreshing. The chicken is juicy and flavorful. This is becoming one of my favorite new places. Memphis has nothing else like this and I'm happy we do now.
