What my husband ordered from them - what we received was NOT the same
Cheap, cheesy butterfly they added even though nothing like this was pictured!
The actual arrangement received. (There was also a hideous hot pink bow around the vase that was promptly removed.)

The flowers were nice and pretty, but the letter that was included with the flowers was very disappointing. The edges of the card were not trimmed very well, and they were not smooth. In addition, the note on the card itself was not spaced out well and not centered. The vase also contained a ton of scratches. It didn't look very good at all, and I could tell there was a clear lack of attention to detail. I would expect better quality for the price that I paid.

I order flowers at least once a month from another well known Memphis florist. In a hurry, I stopped in Mason's and I am so happy I did. The owners were so polite and helpful. The arrangement was BEAUTIFUL, and most importantly they were reasonably priced. I would have paid double at the other florist I use. Go to Mason's. I promise you will not be disappointed!

I usually use Holiday Flowers but decided to branch out this time and try somewhere new. I ordered a bouquet online for my mother in laws birthday and spent $50. Never received any sort of confirmation email so I called 3 times to confirm over the phone. No one ever answered! My mother in law later sent me a picture of the flowers and they are hideous and nothing like the photo online. The photo online was filled with pink and purple and white flowers with a satin pink ribbon. The flowers she received were all variations of reds with a giant orange striped ribbon. I was so embarrassed! Won't be using them again.

I placed an order online for a Sympathy bouquet for a colleague who lost his father. Not only did they call me and yell to others in the establishment while on the phone, the flowers delivered were nothing like what was portrayed online. I am embarrassed for my colleague to have received those flowers from our company. I will never order from them again, nor will I ever recommend them. When the site says it may substitute for equal quality, it showed show that flowers are substituted with those of extremely poor quality. Very unsatisfied.

I have never understood why people running a business want to be so rude. I called and the phone rang forever was the first let down. Second, the uneducated prick that answered the phone was nothing but attitude. I told him what I was looking for and he asked what price I saw it for?? You don't know the price of your own product? When I told him it was around the $30 dollar range he lost it saying they don't sell under $30 (and then had the nerve to say they really shouldn't be that cheap) first off this is your business not mine charge what you want. Needless to say they will never get another call for me.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! This is the worst florist ever with the worst customer service. My husband ordered flowers for me from this florist, and the picture online was beautiful. What I received was a totally different story!! Cheaper flowers were substituted (including baby's breath that had been spray painted pink), and they were arranged so poorly that they began to die off quickly. Plus, in an obvious attempt to offset their cheap substitutions, they added a cheesy butterfly and a balloon. So what was delivered to me at my office (very professional, well-known business) was something that looked like it should've been sent to a 13 year old girl!! When I sent a picture to my husband, he was mortified! He called them to discuss the issues, and they blew him off and told him he received an upgrade! An UPGRADE?!?! How insulting! What a poor excuse for a florist and a business!

Terrific experience! My flowers are GORGEOUS and they were hand delivered by the most wonderful and warm man! They were ordered from out of town by a family member... this florist did a terrific job of selecting gorgeous flowers, making a stunning arrangement, and making a big fuss over the 'birthday girl' when they delivered them. Highly recommend!

Sad that when an order is placed, long distance and it only has to go three miles with an $8 delivery charge, they can't get it to the receiver on the specified day even though an email confirmation was sent. ??? I will certainly choose differently the next time.
