Majestic Pizza & Steak House

Very homey atmosphere, with a hint of Greek inspiration! The service was quick and friendly at the door, despite the lunch rush hour. They had one of the BEST salad bars I've ever been to, fresh and kept very clean. Everything we got, from our children's chicken nuggets, to my husband's steak was phenomenal! I got the Greek pizza, and the feta was very fresh, and delicious. Our server was very sweet and regularly checked on us, our glasses never empty!

Get some shopping done and needed a bite to eat, so I stopped in. Great waitress we had! Food was great! Love to come back again!

Always good. Lots of variety in the menu. A couple of my favorites are the Philly steak sandwich and the pizza. Friendly staff.

Great atmosphere. Attentive waitress. The catfish meal was great. Two large pieces with 2 hush puppies, coleslaw, salad and one side which I picked onion rings. I couldn't believe it was just $9. My hubby ate the grilled chicken salad and it was so large he couldn't eat it all. So we both took half our meal home. Lots of variety on the menu. We are visiting from out of town and will definitely come back before leaving. Yes , it was that good.

This is probably my favorite resteraunt (and not because my father works there)it offers amazing foods and good prices especially because they have Greek days and normal days too. The salad bar is always stocked and the servers are always a pleasure to meet.

This used to be a great place to eat, both in terms of food and service. While the food is still good, the veteran wait staff have largely been replaced by inexperienced, rude and oblivious teenagers. This has severely impacted the dining experience in a very negative way. I'm a former owner of a landmark bar and grill in Dallas, TX, with lots of experience in the service industry under my belt. My knowledge of the industry is considerable, and the shortcomings cry out to me. I have had to lower the rating of Majestic from a three to four star regional restaurant, to that of a one and a half to two star. The problems can be fixed, but the owner needs to recognize them first.

The salad bar was amazing so was the sweet tea. We had a fabulous waitress who literally was running herself ragged. There were some rude patrons who complained about the wait for their food. This poor waitress told the cook about the complaints and I believe she was the one who got chewed out!! It would seem that they need more help on Saturday mornings.The steak was mediocre, a little tough. The catfish was cooked perfectly and a very generous portion. The meal was filling and reasonable for the price. The restaurant was clean enough, but was in desperate need of more waitresses. A customer spilled their glass of ice that went everywhere and the poor waitress almost fell in it! No one offered to clean it up or help her. Finally, someone brought a handful of napkins to put on the floor!!Just visiting the area and it looked like a cool place from the outside. I would probably go back, wouldn't get the steak though.

I'm not sure which restaurant the other reviewer went to, but I ate at Majestic Family Restaurant. Let me clarify some of the misconceptions in the last review (personally, I feel that the review might have been concocted by someone that works there, only suggesting steak, which is highly overpriced):1. There is NO "Southern food" here at ALL! NONE. NADA. ZILCH. ZIP! 2. A Greek oriented restaurant that DOES NOT serve any Greek food Mon. - Thur. SAD.3. The different eating environments are reminiscent of a buffet...think China or Old Country Buffet.4. The price: $, should be changed to $$ - with an asterik that reads, "you don't get your bang for the buck."So my bf, his parents, and I walked into this restaurant with high expectations and left extremely disappointed. Three of us ordered the pita wrap, 2 steak 1 chicken, and an order of sauteed mushrooms, baked potato, and wedges. The pita wraps had maybe 2 spoonfuls of chopped/pieced chicken in a large pita. It was dry and TASTELESS!The sauteed mushrooms were pretty good. Every single steak on the menu was overpriced. Perhaps the saddest thing about this restaurant was the lack of care for being a quasi-ethnic place. The food was so mainstream. When in town again this upcoming summer, I will avoid The Majestic. Not because I have any disdain, but because I just want good food, good service, and if I go to a Greek influenced restaurant, well, darn it, I want Greek food!Oh a positive note, the staff was friendly, but we never had the same server twice.The woman that seated us.The woman that brought us beverages.The woman that took our order.And the woman that delivered our food.Phew!

Service at this restaurant was terrible at 3:55 on Saturday, 2/22/25. They were not busy. When we arrived we were told to seat ourselves. On the way to our table we walked right past 3 waitresses standing near the aisle. They saw us walking by. A few minutes after we sat a waitress came to check on the people sitting across the aisle from us but totally ignored us. I made eye contact with another waitress shortly thereafter, and still no one came to help us. After 10 minutes we left. Again, they were not busy at all and had plenty of wait staff just standing around. I'd hate to see what happens when they are busy.

the service sucked and the food was horrible. we told the server that our food was overcooked and she said she'd see if they would comp the meal. they gave us 1.20 off the meal!!!!! what an insult. we CHOSE to spend our money with them as we have for 20 years and this is how we're treated. we will never be back,
