The selection is fine, but when you look up items in the app it will sometimes give incorrect aisle and bay locations. Customer service is blech horrible non existent. You can't find anyone to help you in the aisles - the people you do see are all crazy busy doing..... well hell I have no idea what they are actually doing. Actively avoiding providing customer service I guess. And my favorite part is the 12 closed empty un-manned cash registers, leaving all the customers to be stuck ringing up their own items at 1 of the 4 the self serve checkouts. Hey Lowe's I don't work there why am I having to do work? You should at least give me an employee discount if I'm having to ring up and bag my own purchases.

Ohhhh. Don't even get me started. We do all our home improvement shopping at Lowe's because they honor veterans with a 10% discount. We love the fact there are "veteran parking spots". I had an odd assortment of random new and unused stuff from several projects my husband was planning to do in our home. Our situation suddenly changed and we are having to move cross country. We won't be doing any of these projects after all. There were items from multiple departments in the store. Each item rang up in the system. They would not refund any of my items. I wasn't asking for credit card credit, I just wanted store credit. Nada. Nothing. Refused to let me return even one item. I wasn't happy.

I like this place! It's much better than Home Depot. They have tools and not just the people behind the counters. This is different than most large hardware stores. You can generally find someone with a brain fairly quickly that is willing to help. As for the selection, they have just about anything you need. Seriously!

I used to love lowes...but now not so much. We called the 1-800 number for an estimate on two water heaters. We went through the entire process and ordered a replacement 50 and 75 gallon water heater. A few weeks later, the installer calls needing to send two young guys over to check everything out. After they leave, we get a call a few days later from Lowes that our new price is 25% higher than the agreement we signed. I called to speak with them about this and i was told my water heaters needed "custom work." Custom? Okay. So we go through the estimate line item by line item and let's just say Lowe's did not provide a good faith estimate. They didn't even include a permit in the original estimate. So i talk to not one but two supervisors over the course of a few days, both promising they would call me back. Finally, i call and speak to a manager on duty and he promises to call me back after looking into this. NO CALL BACK. Nobody calls me back. What's worse is the appliances supervisor basically blamed ME, the customer for not going into the store to get the estimate. NO THANKS. We are going to Home Depot. Home Depot when I called the 1-800 number SENT SOMEONE OUT to give us the accurate price. Not an estimate that is off by 25%, which by the way was $700 more than we thought it would be. We have been loyal customers of Lowes for over 20 years and they lost our business over this. I told them this would happen, was very nice on the phone all four times I inquired about the "estimate." I was told someone would call me back and NOBODY ever calls me back? Either stay away from Lowes or stay away from the Olive Branch store entirely.

I bought a Christmas tree, $400+ online. Procurement Girl who was confused about her pronouns was extremely rude. Did not know it until I was there to get it that it was the floor model. I was polite. I did however ask for a free storage bag due to the fact there was nothing to put it in and I still was paying full price. SHE got upset. Another lady took me to the bags and other GIRL grabbed one and said SHE would have to get permission. Ok that's fine. The manager comes over without knowledge of what's going on and says sure. Just pick one out. In the meantime Pronoun chick ends up handing me the bag and expects me to tear the tree down and package it. When I asked if that was the case SHE ran her mouth about me then told me to calm down? I was calm to this point. I did tell HER what not to tell me, and to place the tree in the bag. I ended up doing it due to the incompetence of the employee. All the other staff in there was extremely nice. See what a bad apple can do.

Bought and paid for a Fridge on May 24th for May 31st delivery. No call all day then someone put a tag on my hone address that they were Sorry they missed me Around 5:30pm. I was there watching TV but the delivery was for another location. Called Spirit Logistics, Lowes 3Rd party delivery service who said Lowe's had wrong address. Called Lowe's they got the new address. While disappointed I let it slide. I called the delivery service before 8am since no one called and asked when my fridge would be delivered. They state it is out for delivery now. I got dressed and went to the location to find another tag saying sorry they missed me. Needless to say I lost it and cancelled the order after explaining to both the logistics company and Lowe's. Do not buy anything from Lowe's you need delivered!!!

I quit this store due to numerous customer service issues. I contacted corporate about some of my concerns, and never received a call back. Completed a customer satisfaction survey with very honest feedback, and again, no contact. I've changed home improvement brands and couldn't be happier.

This Lowes location is the absolute worst. Mediocre service at every single layer beginning with the store's manager. I ordered a refrigerator in November, it was Due to deliver 12/11. It is now 12/21 and absolutely no one has been able to advise of the reason for the issue and delay. I also ordered a new dishwasher, I had to call the Southaven location to setup the installation service.

I didn't understand that ordering a pick up order would take up to 3 weeks. All the material I needed was in the store, but I waited 3 days before I went to the store. The lady told menu could go in the store and get it myself. I ask her how long it would be and that's when she told me it could take 3 weeks. I'm 65 and didn't want to walk around the store so I canceled my order. I also noticed a couple of young men that we're not wearing masks. I guess the staff was afraid to say anything. I thought it was a policy that everyone wear a mask. I guess since we have a home depot just around the corner I will try.
