Been here for an hour trying to buy a washing machine! This place is pathetic when it comes to getting the help you need! Heading about 45 minutes away to purchase a washing machine, these people absolutely do not care!

Love Lowe's never had an issue with them. But thought I would visit after church and get some fall flowers. Well Pam was in the garden center this morning and her attitude was HORRIBLE not kind or friendly at all. It's rude not to speak to your guest while checking out. Not only did I speak to her once but 3 times. First time I thought she just didn't hear me. I also notice her energy was different with me opposed to the previous customer. I stood by to see if this would change upon me leaving and sure it did. Didn't ruin my Sunday but definitely makes or breaks if next time I will go to Home Depot instead. I must say the young man watering the flowers outside check out was very nice, welcoming and kind. Didn't catch his name. Offered to help me and asked upon leaving did I need help loading anything in which I did not but told him I definitely appreciate him asking, offering and being kind which doesn't cost a thing.

This Lowes never answers their phone and if they happen to you are put on forever hold and they never come back. Worst customer service ever!

Daniel, head cashier,was so intentional with assisting me with my upcoming delivery issue. This gentleman went above and beyond to ensure that my concerns were appropriately addressed. I also noticed how purposeful he was in ensuring that my problem was resolved before assisting another customer. People like Daniel are the reason companies like Lowe's continue to prosper.

I officially hate this Lowe's. I just went to the garden shop entrance and was told by a little millennial prick boy that I could not come in that way that I had to walk all the way to the front entrance and walk all the way around. Mind you, I can barely walk with a cane without falling. So Lowe's answer to the corona virus is to treat everyone like crap with no regard to disabled people or anyone else. I'm done with Lowe's and I've spent tons of money there but I'm done.

They may have excellent prices and excellent selection but they have awful customer service. A couple of weeks ago, I went in to get a built-in microwave (shown as in stock at the Jackson location). Once there, I was told it would have to be ordered and would take a week to arrive for pickup in-store. One week later no call. So my husband calls and they tell him it's in and transfer him to the appliance department. It rings ten times and disconnects. So since they say it's there, we drove to the store to pick it up. My husband (who is medically fragile) went to the service desk and was told the microwave would be right out. Twenty minutes later, he's still standing there, looking weak. I join him and cannot even get anyone's attention at the service desk to ask what the holdup is. After another 10 minutes, I whip out my cell phone and call the service desk THAT I AM STANDING IN FRONT OF. Only then can I get their attention. Apparently, there is no one in the warehouse who can drive a forklift to get our microwave off the warehouse shelf. They had all left for lunch. My questions are these: 1) Why was something that supposedly just arrived that morning put on an upper warehouse shelf? 2) Why did all the warehouse personnel go off to lunch leaving no one qualified to drive a forklift during a busy work day? 3) Why was the service desk ignoring us until I called? 4) Why couldn't they tell my husband that it would take some time to get the microwave out to him instead of just leaving him standing there? This place is a joke!

This is one of the best locations! The employees are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They have what you need for every project. Joe Jemison in the appliance department has always gone out of his way to help me with my purchases.

Great products, clean store, associates try to help but sometimes have less knowledge then I do. Like when we needed a Florescent light bulb and they told me I should get an LED because it would last longer. I questioned if I had to change any other parts and there response was that's a good question. They did take the time to get another associate and they came and explained the installation. But at least they did ask someone else instead of wasting my time.

We went to Lowe's on Vann Dr. and bought 20 60lb. bags of concrete and two of Lowe's employees named Seth and Kelin loaded it all up in no time for us and was smiling the whole time and made us feel as if it was no bother ar all to do it. These are the kind of people that Lowe's should have at all times especially for senior citizens like me. Thank you Seth and Kelin we appreciated your help and kindness!
