I live in CA, ordered flowers to be delivered on May 10th to a family member for mother's day in Memphis. They were NEVER delivered but I was still charged. I have called almost every day, no one has answered. Left voicemails, no answer. Embarrassing. Would leave 0 stars if I could. No one works here.

This beautiful arrangement left me speechless. The colors really pop and the bow adds a delicate touch of elegance. The owner and florists are amazing! Love Unlimited has always been the go to for amazing quality and customer service.

I received this beautiful arrangement today. What a wonderful surprise. There is a great aroma coming from the artful arrangement. What an awesome way to add cheer to your day.

This is my first yelp review ever. I spent over $100 on flowers to send to my girlfriend for Valentines Day. They were never delivered. I called the store 10 times and they only picked up twice. The first time was at 11 am when the woman working there told me my order was being delivered next. Three hours later I call again. The woman then tells me that she will put me on hold. I was immediately hung up on. I didn't get refunded because apparently they stopped by at 4:45 when the business closed at 4:30 when they had ALL DAY to deliver it and I even requested that it be delivered by 10am. Technically "there was a delivery attempt" so I'm not eligible for a a refund. Now I'm short over $100 and my girlfriend didn't get flowers. Screw this place. Never order flowers here. Please don't

Arrangement looked nothing like the photo advertised on their website. Roses were all the same height, had no greenery or accent flowers and were all stuffed in a glass vase with no shape or design. Absolutely awful. I would never buy flowers here after what they delivered to me as a gift for my birthday. The sender is totally embarrassed by what they delivered.

Horrible Customer Service! Ordered $88 floral arrangement a day in advance and specifically stated, on the order, it had to deliver the following morning (before noon). I even followed up, after placing the order online, with a phone call to verify this would not be a problem and was assured it would be delivered before noon. It is now 1:55pm, and it has still NOT been delivered. I called to find out what happened and why the directions were not followed and was told "the directions must have been overlooked". Acted as though they could care less. I have never dealt with a more disorganized or lack of concern Flower Shop in all of my life.
