I've been a member for almost two years now an I've been coming to this location for almost three months. I was told that my daughter could sit while I worked out since the child care section hasn't been finished nor employees to stand in it. My daughter is 9 almost 10 an when I went Monday I was told she is not allowed upstairs. Even tho she has been before but apparently who ever allowed it wasn't suppose to Which is understandable But each facility I go to the daycare section isn't open an I'm basically not able to work out anymore unless I drop my daugyer off somewhere The front desk staff Head director is absolutely unprofessional and rude. They shouldn't be allowed to threaten terminating my membership just because I stated she's been upstairs with me before. The director literally told me I will terminate your membership. So I decided to come to the olive branch location. As soon as I stepped in my outfit was a problem. Which it's never been at the down town location. But either way I recommend Keon center at this point. Because all the ymca facilities are becoming rude an unprofessional

I've been a member here for over 20 years. It used to be a very good gym. The equipment at this gym is OK. The people that work here are lazy and rude for the most part. They can't wait to leave and not be at work. Whenever it gets close to closing time they are trying to get you out of the door. They close the wet area too early in my opinion. My car was booted in the parking lot even though I had a parking sticker. It took the person about 45 to get the boot off.I've been affiliated with the YMCA since I was a kid and this gym isn't representative of the Y as a whole.

Terrible people who couldn't care less about their members. The C in YMCA is supposed to stand for "Christian" - but they are anything but that.They are predatory money grabbers. I've been a paying member for years. I parked one time in their mostly empty private lot. I returned to my car after my workout and there was a boot on my car because I had failed to purchase one of their overpriced parking stickers. I had to pay to get the boot removed. The mangement was clueless and remorseless. They will not get another cent of my money. Planet Fitness here I come.

Cheapest option with a sauna & steam room is a major plus but I have to take off a star for parking and that's generous already--it's a disaster. The gym overall is great other than parking.

I registered two children in the school's out camp. I won't even go into the bitterness the staff has for children since the program director definitely went out his way to ensure the safety and fun for the children! He was the only professional. As for my review, I made two payments (one ACH & one card). Received a receipt. My bank reflected my purchase and my card also did. Cool. I contacted them about what to bring and was informed my (ACH) payment was cancelled and I had a balance. I sent an email to customer support asking how I'd be reimbursed since this will be my third payment - nothing. Monday comes and the balance needs to be paid. I pay it and was told 3-5 business days my initial payment will be returned. Wednesday I get a reply from customer service that both payments were processed. Not sure how they got that mixed up but they did. I had to prove I made three damn payments like they couldn't do that. Still haven't heard anything from anyone about the additional funds they claimed they cancelled to return. Don't waste your kids time or listen to anyone about balances or payments. They will literally read something stating money is offered and ask what's the problem. Still wanting for my refund since only TWO children attended camp.

Full service, multi level Y. Very spacious. They have just about all of the exercise equipment you could ask for. The indoor track is cool and there is an overhead view of the basketball court. Huge indoor pool and an awesome view of Auto Zone Stadium (you can actually see live games in progress) from the cardiovascular center. Parking may be difficult if you arrive before 6. They have a private parking lot , however you're supposed to purchase a decal to use it. Street (meter) parking is free after 6. Fresh towels is a nice touch.

Great facility. Love the indoor pool and the outdoor patio overlooking the baseball field. With that being said, parking is horrendous. I saw 2 vans park on top of the sidewalk curb the last time I went. It's bad when I feel that getting a parking spot is like winning the lottery. I dislike parking out on a busy street and that's what I had to do for most visits. If they can somehow fix their parking problem, which I doubt they can, I would get a much better experience.

Great value even when you add the car park fee. Very clean and new equipment. All the staff very helpful and friendly. Very Low priced private training available. Have been going a few times a week for a year and just paid for another year as I'm so happy with my membership. Cannot understand the some of other negative reviews.

I mainly use Fogelman for the swimming pool and it is unbearably hot, 90°. So if you want to swim laps, go somewhere else. The women's locker room is nice, but they don't keep their soap dispensers on the wall or filled. Go to Nuber instead.

Overall a decent gym. The staff are wonderfully friendly and very welcoming. They space dedicated to weights and cardio equipment was slightly lacking, but with a little creative imagination there aren't too many exercises you can't do. The afternoon was far busier than the morning, with a couple of people waiting for the more popular pieces of equipment. The facility itself has just about everything you need though, from a large gymnasium and multi-purpose rooms on the main floor, to a 25m five lane pool in the basement, an finally three squash courts and a spin studio on the top floor. There is some general wear and tear on the building, the locker rooms could use with some updating, but for a YMCA it was a really great experience.
