Los Portales

The food was absolutely delicious. I got the Fajitas El Portal, and it was amazing. If was perfectly seasoned to get that Mexican spice. I love how the refried beans have the pinto taste, unlike how some restaurants do. I absolutely hate Guacamole, but I ate theirs. Their Chips and salsa was delicious, and so was their queso. I had also ordered a virgin strawberry daiquiri and it was one of the best I've ever had! The waiters were super nice, they brought the food out super quick. They prices were super cheap for the portions they had! The restaurant itself has this nice decor, fake birds hanging up, these really cute Mexican paintings, and these terracotta roof tiles that remind me of my trip to New Mexico! I will definitely be coming again!

Service was good but food was great! The fajita topped potato was delicious. The salsa and chips were super. Chips were perfectly thin.

Not very good. That about sums it up. They don't sell black beans. Their rice is very overcooked and the salsa was bland watery. Keep driving. Del Sol isn't far.

This place will rob you blind!!!! Check your bank statements! They add large tips to your check without your knowledge. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

This place reminds me of my ex fiancé, TRASH.Picked up take out and boy it was DISGUSTING I will never order again. Me and my girlfriend ended up getting sick later that night. Will never waste my money again

Literally my favorite place to eat in Ripley very fast,caring,and just a lovely place to be.Though it does need a good clean it has been a favorite of mine since I have been able to eat actual food there.Love it.(Also my favorite worker is Mario he's really funny.Makes the time more enjoyable to be around friendly people especially him!)Thanks for reading my review of Los Portales Ripley,Tennessee!!

Great food! One of the few places in Ripley where you can order sautéed broccoli with your meal. Helps with Keto!

This was the first restaurant I've even been brought to. The food is never disappointing. I've grown up coming to this Mexican restaurant, and can assure you that this is the best Mexican restaurant in the area. The food is very good and the staff, which I have come to know, is exceptional. Thus, this is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the West TN area.

Usually enjoy eating here. However we called to place a to go order at 9:30 and they refused to take it, saying they we're closed. We even went up there and the doors were unlocked, so we walked in and the worker still said they were closed. When their door AND the website clearly says they don't close until 10pm. I'm very disappointed in their "service" tonight..

SHARIFA H. Let me get your story straight. You called this place twice a week and had them make you a special order. I'm sure it was an easy change, probably removing tomatoes from the salsa. One time they cant comply you get on yelp and give a negative review? Where is your five star review from all the other previous visits when special provisions were made just for you? You made an account specifically to bash this one restaurant. You are scum. You are a troll. You should eat more raw eggs or under cooked chicken.More importantly, I eat here every time I am in town. Shrimp fajitas, second to none. I can only vouch for them because that is all I have ever ordered off the menu. I am leaving to pick mine up as soon as I am done posting.
