The food was fresh and hot and tasted great. The service was awesome. Clean restaurant. Clean bathrooms. They were so nice and let us come in as we arrived 15 minutes before closing. We will come back! Loved the T-bone steak and grilled shrimp

We dine regularly at Mexican restaurants in all different parts of the country. This place is not even close to authentic, but I M in Western Kentucky. Our server spoke no Spanish at all. She didn't even know what chilaquiles was when I ordered it and it's on the menu. Poor girl looked terrified. Did I mention we were the only table in the place?My ordered us cheese dip and the server brought it and spilled some on her hand and proceeded to lick it off her hand (please no KY stereotypes). Brought my wife fajitas on a plate with no tortillas. We asked for some tortillas and they brought my wife a look warm packet with 2 tortillas in it. I could go on to tell you the blandness of everything or the fact that the chilaquiles looked like chicken nachos without the cheese. Taco Bell is more Authentic than this place. Not a good experience for this yankee.

The food was good but the service was majorly lacking. It was a week night, not busy. We were without chips and drinks for a while, when the server would walk by, and we would ask, he would not even acknowledge that we were speaking to him. The food came out all at different times. My husband got a plate that came with a enchilada, quesadilla, and burrito. The enchilada and quesadilla are exactly the same dish. They are just folded differently lol. Took forever even to check out because no one was at the register.

We arrived before dinner hour, and we are glad we did, as the local crowd quickly filled in all the tables -- even on this midweek evening!The chips and salsa (free) were extremely fresh!We are vegetarians so we loved the wide variety of vegetarian choices labeled in its own section! All the options we chose we well plated and of plenteous proportions.The server was polite, quick, and anticipated our needs.We are well and it was fresh and healthy...for the price of a Taco Bell meal!We are amazed that this incredible place only has 12 reviews....

I just ordered $50 worth of food, carry out. When I got home, I realized that all my containers were indented and food was poured into the bottom of both of my bags. I called to let the manager know, heads up, your employees are not closing the containers. There's a pandemic right now, closed containers are more important. The manager told me that there is a sign to check orders before you leave, so it was actually my fault. So if management believes you must audit their work before completing a purchase, what we're not allowed to audit in the kitchen... With that type of management, I wouldn't risk it if I was you...

Went here with some friends Sunday afternoon for lunch and it was not delicious. I had a chicken quesadilla with a side of guacamole and the guacamole had no taste at all and was very plan. I don't think anyone at my table of 6 was really impressed with their meal except the service was fast and they were very friendly.

For 20 years it was our go to place. Last year or two service very poor and food is simply not what its been. I normally never review these places my review is not returning so we haven't. Used to be every Sunday or 3-4 times a month then as quality declined over 3-4 years been several months since ladt cVisit

Terrible customer service, would not speak to us in Spanish in the beginning. The food was horrible, the rice had frozen spots and tasted bad. Not to mention a random piece of jalapeño in my food

I went there in December 2023 with a bunch of gals from church. My food was fine, but one of my friend received burned food hidden under lettuce. I'm not planning on ever returning there.

Ordered Pollo Verde. Always was my favorite. This time was told they don't have it? So I asked what do they have similar. Chicken and broccoli is my preference. Offered something with chicken and vegetables and don't even know if it's on the menu. Never heard of it. Ordered that and fajitas as this was our date nate meal for New Years at home. A treat to ourselves right? WRONG!!! What I Ordered vs what I got was a total shock!! The Vegetables were the frozen Medley kind. The crinkle cut carrots and stems of broccoli and califlower! I expected the casa Blanco as was served on the Pollo Verde but was charged extra. The chicken was NOT breadth meat...it was boneless chicken thigh! I called and complained to the manager and she offered to remake the food. Uhhhh, no thanks I prefer to not gamble on that it be worse then what I got. So I chalked it up to another bad experience. I will never go back. Last few times have been horrible. I never complain and always understand the understaffed situation but too many times to mess up.
