Delicious food! Friendly server! Would definitely recommend the lunch fajita quesadilla! It's delicious and enough food for 2 (if you're willing to share). Chips and salsa is also delicious!

Ok, writing this review as I go along..."B" on the Health Department sticker...hmmmmm. Not off to a good start. Oh well, I'm here. And hungry. Crossing my fingers. OK, screaming 2 year old behind me kicking my booth. I know, isolated incident--can't fault them for that, I guess. Chips slightly stale. Boo. But, the house salsa is pretty good, mild with some good cilantro taste coming through. TIP: Ask server for some spicy tomatillo salsa (which most Mexican joints keep hidden away in the back, lest it singe the gabachos' tender tongues--it's fantastic!). Pacifico beer was good, as usual. Ok, food just arrived. Ordered the "Molcajete," which is an array of steak and chicken strips, plus shrimp and chorizo, stuffed into a in a huge, hot stone bowl, with charro beans and grilled onions. (Grilled jalapeño and queso fresco served on the side). If you like fajitas, and if you've never had a molcajete, give it a try--it's good. Shrimp and meats were cooked well-done, bit that's standard with Mexican fare, and in a place that couldn't score an "A" health rating, is preferred, in my opinion. Uhhhhhh...so.much.food. Pretty good, though--liked how they went with charro beans instead of the standard refried--it was a nice change. Molcajetes are different at every place. Ordered a flan for dessert. Would have rather they not squirted whipped cream on the top, but I didn't ask them how they served it. Flan was pretty solid. Not the best I've had, but better than many--nice, consistent, smooth texture--not eggy/runny, and not overcooked. The verdict? Aside from a couple hiccups, I would come back here for some Mexican food, next time I was in town, if for nothing else than the tomatillo salsa and Pacifico. Let's get that health rating up, though--ok, Amigos?

The good: I didn't get food poisoning. The bad: It smelled like a sewer in the restaurant. Seriously. It smells like there is a plumbing issue. The food was bland, and I had a hard time eating with the stench.

I am new to Paducah. I usually do not post a review. I felt that I needed to in this case. It was lunchtime. I ordered a beef burrito with green sauce. Everything was over salted. Even the beans and rice was salty. The only reason I gave a 1 star review is that the service was excellent

My family has been eating here for years, because we love it. The staff is always very attentive, rarely do we sit with empty glasses or without anything we need. Food has always been excellent. Love their chips, salsa, and cheese dip! By far my favorite Mexican place in Paducah!
