Los Amigo's Mexican Restaurante

I've been coming to this restaurant for years. I'm talking for over 10 years. It's been exciting to see the progress this location has made. The asada and chicken have greatly improved in flavor and quality. Their rice and beans are rich in flavor and fresh every visit. The service is unmatched. If you get Maria as a server, you'll want for nothing. The staff is amazing, they love regulars. I'm in at least once a week to get my taco fix. Their carne asada and chorizo tacos are my favorite. Delicious every time. They do a great job of leaving the chorizo with a good crisp and not leaving it greasy. Their tomatillo sauce is not for the weak of heart, it has a good spicy kick. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. If you visit with them from 11-2 during the week, you can catch their buffet. I've had it several times. The food isn't overfilled in order to keep everything fresh. You can't go wrong with it. If you're passing through Mayfield or just craving a New Mexican restaurant, Los Amigos is the place for you!

We came for Lunch at noon on a Wednesday. We order two long islands, honestly I have know idea what we drank other than it wasn't a Long Island. More like a rum and coke? I asked the waitress and she insisted it was a Long Island. But no..... moving on. The service was fast. No wait. I had the shrimp, cheese and Rice. It was good. My husband chorizo tacos and a side of rice and cheese. His was awesome. He raved about the chili sauce.

The view of the place is nice the chairs and seats are lovely. The food is the best but some may offer a different approach to different pallettes. I reccomend getting the Kentucky Burrito or Chicken Fajita; always ask for salt and pepper and hot sauce because the chicken is dry. Always get steak or different meats. There's a variety of dishes to choose from and the bar is outstanding. Besides, this place is a great area for families alike to eat at as long as you don't predjudize the employees working there due to culture appropriation. The service is alright the most I've waited is 15 minutes if that isn't enough for you I wouldn't reccomend eating here. This restaurant is great for a family night out or with friends.

Came here for New Years dinner and everything was excellent, our son ordered a Mexican molca hetta and it was so big u could have fed a family of 4 !!! We will b bac next time we are in town!!

Food and service is okay i have this as my least favorite of the Restaurants serving Mexican food in Mayfield , ky.

Very good authentic Mexican food. We have eaten there several times and the consistency of the food is great. Didn't do 5 stars because they keep serving the wrong cerbeza to my husband. Very friendly helpful staff.

The Fajitas are great and if you want something different I love the Pina Rellenas ( pineapple stuffed with seafood and peppers) I highly recommend the one in Mayfield the one in Paducah is good nut not as good as the one in Mayfield.

This is the worst Mexican place I've ever been to. The food was flavorless, the service was bad and the place was terrible. I will NEVER go here again. RIP-OFF!!!!!

This is the best Mexican food in Mayfield IMO. They always get your food out to you fast and hot.

For a small town like mayfield it was really good best chips I think I've ever had. I've had better chicken cheese and rice but it still was really good. Not saying it was bad but just meaning I have a spot I like more. But it's clean and nice workers.
