Living Well Vegetarian Restaurant

I crave this food! Always fresh, always amazing! The bread is to die for! You can now purchase by the loaf and I am so thankful for healthy options in our small town.

To find a vegetarian and vegan restaurant in the middle of the country is a rarity but to find one with absolutely delicious healthy food is the needle in the haystack! The food was seasoned wonderfully and so filling. They make their own meat substitute that was sublime. I don't usually like cabbage but I ate every single bite! One dish and an appetizer was 2 meals for me.

Everything is from scratch, so it takes a little longer, but the food is worth the wait. I had the vegetable lasagna and garlic bread. Both were excellent.

We came to eat at this great restaurant back on September 22nd. We had done a little research to see if there was anywhere we can eat on a drive back home through TN.It wasn't easy to find online, there aren't very many places online that had the information for this place. We got in an hour before close and we were the only ones there, but the owner came out and talked to us the whole time. We asked all sorts of questions, specially how she had a vegetarian restaurant in a 4,000 person town in TN!Her story was inspirational and amazing! She just hit her 2 year anniversary since the doors opened. Amazing. Also the food was great! I'm gluten free, she walked me through everything I could have. And listed off everything in the food by memory, mostly because she makes it all herself!I had the stir fry, which had flavors I wasn't expecting. It had a great sauce that I had never had before. It didn't rely on the normal 'soy sauce' flavor. It had a depth that blew me out of the water. My husband had the oat burger and loved it. He said it was better then any other vegetarian restaurant's burger he's ever been to, which is a pretty great complement! We specially loved the prices!I attached the pictures of the menu since you couldn't find it anywhere online. I hope it gets more people in the door to try it out! Please give this place a try next time you are in the area!!!

Best plant based food around. I live in Los Angeles where there are many options of vegan restaurants and I'm sitting here thinking of going to Living Well right now. Lol. Really delicious food.

Delicious food and wonderful people. Very cost effective and trustworthy. I highly recommend checking this place out wether you are passing by or a local resident and looking for a healthy meal that will brighten your day. It also should be said this restaurant serves vegan food despite the name being vegetarian. So, you will not find any animal products here like eggs, dairy, or honey.As for food I recommend the roti with chick peas and curry potatoes. There are also good drinks here like smoothies and teas. *If you have never ate vegan or vegetarian food, try something new and do not get a oat burger, although it's not bad there are much better things on the menu for you to try and enjoy.
