Little Caesars

They forgot about my order yet again. Pizza used to be good, but now its just plain gross. this is a very poorly run store.

15 minutes to get a pepperoni pizza that's supposed to be "hot and ready". I'm thinking if the three people working there weren't sitting down doing nothing maybe it would indeed have been hot and ready. Also, and I may be wrong, but isn't it a health violation to be sitting and standing on the food like that?

I wish I could rate this Little Caesars on their pizzas, but I can't. I have stopped by several times over the last couple of months and have yet to get a pizza. I have ordered a "Hot and Ready Lunch Special" only to be told "We don't serve those after 2:00pm, 3:00pm", "We're out of them now". And today I was told ( at 1:15pm) it would be 10 to 15 min wait. When I asked" I thought you had them Hot n Ready" I was told "Oh, that's weekdays only". So, as much as I do enjoy Little Caesars pizzas, it seems I CANNOT ever get one at this location. Good luck trying to get the special.

Ordered two pizzas on line. When I went into the store to pick the pizzas up the place was packed. I stood waiting for someone to come to the front register and take the orders of the new arrivals like me. When no one came to the front after several minutes of waiting, I asked the others standing around if they had all been waited on yet. The second guy in line said he had been waiting for 20 minutes and no one had come to the front to take his order. I then observed that there were 3 employees making pizzas so I asked one of them if anyone was working the counter. A young man gave me a dirty look and walked to the front (his name was Tyler and he claimed to be the manager). He asked who needed to place an order. The woman at the front of the line spoke up and Tyler said "she already waited on you". The woman said the other girl looked at her on line order but never said if it was ready or when it would be ready and that she had been there long enough for them to cook it by now. Tyler told her "It doesn't matter" and moved on to the next person. I told Tyler that was no way to treat someone. They lady then addressed Tyler and said "I wasn't being ugly I just want some information is all" Tyler look at me and said I don't care. I told Tyler that if you don't care then just cancel my order. I don't want someone making my food that don't care. Tyler said fine I'll be with you in a little while. I then left the store to cool off cause I was pretty pissed by now. When I re-entered the store I asked Tyler if my order was ready and he said yes. I said I would just take the order instead of my money because my kids were hungry and I didn't feel like waiting somewhere else. Tyler said "No. You wanted a refund so your getting a refund". He then gave me a receipt and I left the store.I posted a complaint to Little Caesar's corporate web site but have heard nothing back. Tyler refuses to tell me how I can contact the franchise owner or the General Manager. I will never be back to Little Caesar's. I will buy frozen pizzas from Walmart and eat them cold before Little Caesar's ever gets another dime of my time or money.

I know, 5 stars for a Little Cesars? The crew works hard to get your order right every time, and if it somehow manages to get fudged, they will fix it; they tend to special requests and keep the place cleaner than any of the other pizza joints; the food cooks on a conveyer, the same conveyor every other Little Cesars uses, so the speed is always the same; they don't skimp on ingredients; it's always fresh; and they honor all their cupons without a hassle. What more can one ask for in a pizza house? Good job!

It's not too much that you can say about a chain restaurant that hasn't been said before and the same holds true for Little Caesar's. I caught a taste for inexpensive pizza on a road trip that I had taken back to Louisiana. I stopped to fill up and saw this location and figured, "Sure, why not?" I ordered the three-meat AND WAS COMPLETELY SURPRISED!!! It was the hottest, cheesiest and most meaty pizza that I've had from there in years. Pleasantly surprised and job very well done!!!!

Worst experience ever!! Tyler was extremely rude!!! And unprofessional!!! He also didn't give all my money back.

Pizza was ready when I walked in, I paid and left. Upon getting home, the Crazy bread was not done and the sauce was frozen. The pizza hardly had any toppings and they didn't even bother to slice the pizza. That pizza cost me $16.72. I spent over $20.00 just for the pizza and crazy bread only to get them home and discover that I had definitely been ripped off. We literally had to place the crazy bread and pizza into OUR oven to finish cooking. I'm so disappointed and feel cheated. I'll never understand representatives of a company who simply do not give a crap about the product they allow their customers to walk out with. Sure, I could have turned around and taken it back for a refund, but when you live 10 miles from town, you can't just hop in your car and return the crappy product. Do better White House TN Little Caesars!!!! Businesses that have these types of s*itty service never last in this town. Hence the reason Bojangles and Popeyes chicken didn't make it very long. Fast food costs are high enough. You shouldn't have to worry whether or not your getting your moneys worth. I will not be a repeat customer!! :/01/29/2025 ~SB

Thanks for making replacing our pizzas that weren't so good the other night. These pizzas are awesome! Gonna miss the Calzone!

Never had an issue, pizza and breadsticks have always tasted fine to me. Sometimes during peak hours they run out of pizza quick, but never had to wait more than 4-5min.
