Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered thru app. Got a great deal for pizza and breadsticks. Not the best pizza but its cheap and fast

Zero, zero! Order pizza for delivery in 45 min! Accepted and then in upon delivery time they canceled as they closed. WTH! They were not closed at the time of our order or even as of the time we were expected delivery!

Poor Quality & InedibleIt was a dark & stormy night, & I still had a 2-hour Interstate drive ahead of me. I stopped @ Little Caesars for a no-wait pickup.The Timing was unfortunate. Half-a-dozen of us made a dash, & there were only 3 thin-crust choices left when my turn came. My box was on the bottom of the stack & had set there way too long. Did my Pizza look like the picture on the Menu Board? No resemblance. Should have been pulled for sure ~ better to wait. It wouldn't have been 4**** @ its best, but it was inedible. Bad choice.

First off I called them my Dough was raw so I called them back I waited an extra 20 minutes to eat plus go back to get it and when I got my pizza the second time the toppings were so burnt it tasted like I was eating burnt potato chips and the crust was like a cracker it looks like they ran it through for the full-time twice and only thing I wanted them to do was to throw it back in for 30 seconds by pushing it back I will never eat at this place again be fair warned I will complain if there was a corporation to complain too The staff was not friendly if you're a white person but when a black girl came in with her son the African-American guy was all smiles when she Came in i'm not racist but yet they call us racist staff needs to be more friendlier it's bs If anyone especially the owner sees this review I think you need to get a whole new team of friendly staff ASAP!!!!!!

If I could give tonight a zero I would. I walked in and was the third person in line. Good, or so I thought. She took care of six other people before even getting to me. Because of this I walked out. This isn't the first time it's happened. Yea maybe I should've said something but it's not my job to see who is next in line. Worst place in Jonesboro area! Another lady even said that they are so disorganized every night while I was still in the restaurant. All she had to do was pick up a door dash and it wasn't even ready or right! Horrible

We have given this location several chances. My kids love Little Caesar's. I have not been to this location one time that they have had any of the mainstay "hot and ready" choices available as actually being hot or ready. Always a wait. Even picked one up in the last year that was burned, and I did not realize it until I was at home in my kitchen. There are too many pizza choices in Jonesboro for this location to not be up to speed. I get it. It's cheap. But I have been to many other locations in different towns where the service was spectacular. Really unfortunate. This review was prompted because my wife is currently waiting 20 minutes at this location for a cheese and a pepperoni pizza. This should be a walk in and walk out order, regardless of the quality of the food. She just got home and had to wait 45 minutes. Never again.

Cheap, quick, lots of food. What else can you ask for?At Little Caesars you can get 2 large pepperoni pizzas for 10 bucks. They can also usually be ready for pickup in 5-10 minutes.The best part? They actually taste good. Medium thickness crust but not overbearing enough so that you feel like you're chewing bread with cheese on it.And as anyone that has ever eaten at Little Caesars knows.. the Crazy Bread there is AMAZING.

Food hot and ready, good customer service, always have what we want, and price is cheap

We called and ordered two pizzas went to pick them up had to wait 20 minutes to get them when we got them home there was absolutely no sauce at all on them got a hold of the manager he said that's how they make them that he put a little extra sauce with no charge we got them home and they're still no sauce and the crust was like eating cardboard we told them we'll never order another pizza from there again absolutely horrible I wish I could have gave him a zero that place needs to be closed

The staff was very friendly. The food was great. Mark n the other workers are very nice n helpful. The catfish is wonderful.
