Terrible and nasty! This place is beyond NOT clean. Management should be shame as many employees standing around there should be a clean glass at ALL times. And floors swept from heavy traffic. I called in a cheese pizza to pick up. Well needless to say I called it in and knew once I pulled up it would not be ready since I was told 15 minutes. So I pulled up and sat in my car til my time. 1st employee standing there. She has on NO MASK, wiping her nose and mouth with her hand and touching the warmer to give customers their pizza. 2nd employee he did walk up and with his mask on and at that moment I got out my car and walked to his register. The young lady reached for the warmer and I told her no ma'am I prefer him(the young man) to wait in me and get my pizza. I told her what I witnessed from my car with her and she of course said nothing but ok. You would think she would turn immediately and go wash her hands but she did not. She turned and went behind the warmer where the pizzas are being prepared. As I picked up my pizza and proceeded to leave she comes back to the register. During a pandemic you would think this behavior would touch many. But if management isn't enforcing rules and sanitary issues I think it's a problem. I WILL NOT be picking up another pizza from this establishment. But when you're selling $5 HNR pizza I guess this type of service is expected. Store# 01330-00001

Pizza is fine tasting but like another reviewer said.... they NEVER have the $5 Hot-N-Ready (even during "rush"). They just try to sell you up. And the mostest pepperoni is not quite all that. *See PicPlus when there are 4 customers at the counter and 2 employees are tailgating it having a smoke break while what appeared to be only 2 employees in the store.... that made service very slow for a "Hot-N-Ready" joint. I waited for approx 8 - 9 minutes for my turn. The "Hot-N-Ready" pizza I got had been in the hot box since before I arrived. Slightly undercooked and 1/2 the pizza was lacking ExtraMostBestest pepperonis. Last time I was there the girl in charge wanted to show off her corporate-ness and pulled about 4-5 hot and ready a out of the hot box and just threw them in the floor saying they were too old. #TrailerParkAntics Lots of people out in the parking lot not coming or going. Just loitering in car. Last time also there was an interview going on sitting on the parking spot curb smoking and q&a session. #Tacky Sign wires just hanging in the middle of everything. Customer got tangled up in it. Basically they are having difficulty with management and staff for I'd say 3-4 years At Least now.

It us really inexpensive. Two pizzas are often nearly the same price of one of the other brands X, Y, & Z pizza stores (PH, D, PJ and PI). Large Pizzas range from 6-12 bucks. I ordered for pick-up the Thin Crust Pepperoni at about $6.50-$7.50. on Thursday July 9, 2020. It was extremely hot and good. It was cut in a grid much like a St Louis pizza (minus the provel). We also ordered wings at @5-6.00 price. I really like roasted wings and fondly remember them from the long defunct local Pizza Inn. They run them through a pizza cooker and they are not fried. They were great at Little Caesars. Now on the negative point, they were very small. I mean extremely small. you get between 6 and 9. Another negative, they were almost all flats type and very few drummies were included. The flavor of the roasted was topnotch. I used my own dipping sauce b/c, (another negative) they charge for ALL extras like pepper, sprinkle cheese and dipping sauces. The setup for phone orders id that they leave it in a warming oven they cal a "portal". When you order online, you get a number code and a portal number. you put in the number and open the warmer/portal and get your pizza. On the email alert that it is ready there is a little box (you've seen them on various products as an unreadable square that is) called a "QR Code. You can scan it off your phone to get the pizza as well. I had trouble with my QR code, but it was me not the process. The given number code worked fineOrdering the first time online of by app is confusing, so be patent. The next time is much easier. There is a living human there to help you if needed. The final word is that the pizza was hot and good. It even reheated up the next day in the microwave and was even better. Wings are too small though.

For a six dollar pizza, it is what it is. It was hot and it was ready, but I wouldn't call it fresh by anyone's standards. I've gotten some great cheese bread here before, but I've also gotten old and stale cheese bread. I think as long as you check the pizza before you leave, it should be fine. Or you could order something fresh. That's what I would recommend.

First and last time I walk into this place. I walked in and the lady at the register said we had to order online or inside and wait outside which is understanding with what's going on right now. I ordered on the app waited 30 minutes and never got a notification that my order was ready, I seen plenty of people walk in order Pay and leave. My sister and I were still outside waiting and nothing, I walked inside and put the code on the portal and nothing I walked back outside and waited for another 8 minutes, nothing. I walked inside and asked how longer for my order , the lady asked what did I order so I told her a regular pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. She went to the back hit the order and I told her "actually it was a cheesy bread" She rolled her eyes at me, walks to the back tells her co worker "omg people don't know what they order I'm just trying to leave this place already" when she came to the front I had told her "I'm sorry I was just asking you don't have to be rude " and she didn't even let me finish talking when she still gave me attitude and yeah okay. never buying pizza there again.

This place is some straight trash. I dont blame the workers as much as I do the management. Always understaffed, Pizza is either deformed or cold. I give them chance after chance cause I like Lil Cesaers on the other end of North Highland and this location is closer but they need new management

Bad customer service. Put me on hold and never picked back up. When we picked up food, the pizza seemed smaller than usual and then had minimum sauce and almost no cheese.
