I was pleased with this business from the appointment on. The person who answered the phone was so polite, articulate and warm. Every person with whom I came in contact treated me special. I am elated that I found such a wonderful place to get my eyes tested thoroughly and get my insurance to cover the eyeglasses fully. Moreover, it is close to where I live. It has been two days and my glasses are back! Who could ask for anything more? I visited this vision center for the first time a couple of weeks ago and I was highly disappointed. I came in need of an eye exam, which was completed in less than 15 minutes. Dr. Lim was not very friendly and it was clear that she wanted to get me in and out. This made me feel like my eyes were not thoroughly examined. I was told that my glasses would be back within in a week (my appointment was Jan.7,2013). After one week had passed, they told me that my glasses would be ready by the end of the week... By the end of the week, I called and they told me that it would be another week. When I asked what was the reason for the delay the receptionist was very short with me and transferred me to Dr. Lim who was short with me as well. She acted as if me asking about the process was a problem and then proceeded to abruptly hang up the phone. As a paying customer, I feel like they could have spoken to me better, and not like I was a nuisance. I deeply regret giving this business my support. Not only was the service terrible, but I still don't have my glasses nearly two weeks after the exam. Avoid this place at all costs.

I have been going to Dr. Lim for years now and will not go anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The prices for the service and materials are reasonable. I even recommended my sister go there and she loves them too.

I have been seeing Dr. Lim for more than 10 years. Her staff has always been friendly and professional. I have referred several people with serious vision problems to her and they agree that she is the BEST! She found swirls on my husband's retina and asked him if he was taking a certain heart medication. He was taking that very medication and she advised that he check with his Cardiologist immediately and was told by him to stop taking it. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Lim to anyone because she is kind, caring and very professional.
