Lil' Miracles Food Truck

The food was hitting bro!!! I had the hamburger, it was hella good! Thanks I'll be back if you come to Campbell clinic! I meal prep and luckily today I left my food! Ha

I went up to the truck wanting a shrimp po boy and sweet potato fries that was on the online menu. I ended up having to get grits. The grits I got were too runny! It was like eating soup. I was also not impressed with the service of the individual taking money at the window. He seemed to not want to be there and his attitude showed. I will say, despite the lack of structural integrity in my grits, they were well seasoned and the French fries were awesome. I just don't think a food truck should have to have their fries as a crutch to carry the rest of the food on. I may go back to try something more basic like a burger.

Where do I even start?! Lil Miracles Food Truck has so many amazing food options! I've tried many of their items and haven't been let down once. Their shrimp and grits are TO DIE FOR! The grits have so much flavor! The cheese in the dish stands out as well! The barbecue brisket nachos are great too! The beef is smoked just right! My absolute favorite item is the Collard Green Dip!!!! It's a southern play on spinach and artichoke dip. OH MY GOD!!!! I could eat an entire tub of this dip! The list goes on! You will not be disappointed when going to this food truck! The service is speedy and the employees are so sweet. They treat you like family. I can always purchase a plate and receive a REAL SOUTHERN HOMECOOKED MEAL! Big portions! Out of this world flavor! I love the mission of the company. You can tip or purchase a plate for a homeless person. This food truck offers full, warm plates to "wandering angels" (homeless people). How awesome is that?! They have a perfect food inspection score which is also a plus! You won't have to second guess yourself when looking for a great food truck.

Oh my gosh, where do I start? I walked up to this food truck located near the University of Memphis. As I patiently waited in line, I was greeted with "Hello, Thank you for choosing Lil Miracles today, we will be with you shortly, would you like to sample any of these items while you wait?" I was blown away. I was receiving great service already and I hadn't even ordered. Then, as I reviewed the menu I was so upset. I was upset because I literally wanted everything on the menu. I decided to order the vegetable quesadilla, macaroni cheese cone, and honey hot wings. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD! I'm so grateful they make everything fresh. Of course I was leaving a tip because of the outstanding customer service. Then, I was informed that my tip would go towards feeding a homeless person. Lil Miracles reminds me of everything the world should stand for and more including love, welcoming, gratitude, and service. I will forever be a patron of this establishment. Thank you Lil Miracle's. Keep doing an amazing job!
