Lennys Grill & Subs

I went in to redeem my free birthday sub sandwich. It was well-made, generously topped, and delicious. The workers were friendly and quick with my service; so I ate my sub there at the restaurant while my food was still hot. I also liked the music that they had playing.My meal was so tasty that I ordered a pair of 15" subs to take home to my family. I plan on returning to this particular location again.

Philly cheesesteak was highly recommended and I agree it's good; I thoroughly enjoyed it. They're missing a star because (1) the wrapper the sandwich was in is obviously too thin because it had a big hole ripped in the middle of it the moment I opened it and (2) the soap in the bathroom was super watered down so it squirts straight out at you (barely missed me). Beside those two corners being cut to save a few pennies, the sandwich is really good.

So today is add a drink & Chips day for a Penny in honor of Memphis Madness. The University of Memphis new head basketball coach is Penny Hardaway. Lenny's is always a great spot for lunch. I always get the Chicken Philly sandwich on wheat.

I overpaid and left hungry. This type of stingy portioning hasn't happened to me at any other Lenny's location. I probably won't be returning here.

Definitely the worst Lenny's I have ever been to which is unfortunate considering their prime location. Everything about my entire experience seemed disheveled and unfriendly. I tried to be extra friendly with the cashier because he seemed to be having a bad day and that didn't even seem to matter. He was very monotone and didn't seem to understand my order-chicken salad-salad with pepper relish. Something appeared to be wrong with the cash register so the line to wait was backed up about ten people deep. The salad I received was absolutely pitiful. It was a quarter the size of a typical Lenny's salad and much more expensive. It looked nothing like any salad I have even gotten there and I will definitely not return to this location.

My cheesesteak sandwich was excellent. Hot and fresh. My server was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant dinning area was clean.

This Lennys never disappoint, the customer service is amazing! The ingredients are always fresh!!

New ownership and new in store updates are making this store the best lunch spot! Quick service and overall great food quality. The customer service makes it a very welcoming experience too!

My husband picked up an Italian sub on 9-4-22 and it was the worst sub i have ever had from Lenny's. I would have been better off making a sandwichat home. We paid 16.23 for a 15" inch and it was awful. Not the right toppings and they couldn't even cut it as requested in 3rds. Obviously did not pass any math class past 3rd grade. They were not busy at all i tried to call the manager and they wouldn't even answer the phone.I won't be back ever again and I used to be a long time customer.This location was at 6300 Poplar and I wasted my money. I need a refund but since they didn't answer the phone I'm sure this won't be handled by anyone who should take care of these complaints. Shame on you Lenny's.You have to do better or you should be closed.Shame on Lenny's.

I've been working near this Lennys for six years. And I'm usually not a hard person to please. But this is absolutely the worst location that I've ever been to and I eat it quite often(at different locations)They are very unorganized. I've tried calling my order in, tried ordering online, and in the store but I always have to wait no matter how I placed my order bcus my food is never ready. They always put lettuce on my salad instead of mixed greens. The employees have attitudes due to them being busy and unorganized. Today will be me and my coworkers last day attempting to eat here again. Headed to the Union location
